Dal 28 marzo al 7 aprile il Circolo Culturale Arti Decorative di Rovigo, in Piazza Annonaria, ospita la mostra personale dell’artista Valerio Zezur, accompagnata dalla presentazione del libro autobiografico “Dentro l’incubo, oltre il buio”.
L’evento propone un percorso espositivo che intreccia arte contemporanea e narrazione autobiografica, offrendo al pubblico un’esperienza culturale che va oltre la semplice fruizione estetica. Le opere esposte dialogano con il contenuto del libro, dando forma visiva a una ricerca artistica profondamente legata al vissuto personale dell’autore.
Valerio Zezur, nato in Ucraina e cresciuto in Italia, sviluppa una poetica incentrata sulla trasformazione della memoria in linguaggio visivo. Il suo lavoro si colloca in un ambito di ricerca contemporanea che utilizza materiali, stratificazioni e segni per raccontare temi universali come identità, perdita e rinascita.
Il volume “Dentro l’incubo, oltre il buio” rappresenta il cuore narrativo del progetto: una testimonianza autobiografica che ripercorre un percorso umano complesso, dall’infanzia segnata da esperienze difficili fino alla costruzione di una nuova identità attraverso l’arte. Il racconto si distingue per un approccio diretto e privo di retorica, capace di restituire profondità e autenticità.

From March 28 to April 7, the Cultural Circle of Decorative Arts in Rovigo, in Piazza Annonaria, hosts the solo exhibition of the artist Valerio Zezur, accompanied by the presentation of the autobiographical book “Into the Nightmare, Beyond the Darkness”.
The event offers an exhibition pathway that intertwines contemporary art and autobiographical narrative, providing the audience with a cultural experience that goes beyond simple aesthetic enjoyment. The exhibited works engage in dialogue with the content of the book, giving visual form to an artistic research deeply connected to the author's personal experiences.
Valerio Zezur, born in Ukraine and raised in Italy, develops a poetic vision centered on the transformation of memory into visual language. His work is situated within a contemporary research context that uses materials, layers, and signs to address universal themes such as identity, loss, and rebirth.
The volume “Into the Nightmare, Beyond the Darkness” represents the narrative core of the project: an autobiographical testimony that retraces a complex human journey, from a childhood marked by difficult experiences to the construction of a new identity through art. The narrative stands out for its direct and unadorned approach, capable of conveying depth and authenticity.
The exhibition thus configures itself as a space for dialogue between different expressive languages, where art and word work together to create an immersive and reflective experience. Vom 28. März bis 7. April präsentiert der Kulturverein Decorative Arts in Rovigo, am Piazza Annonaria, die persönliche Ausstellung des Künstlers Valerio Zezur, begleitet von der Präsentation des autobiografischen Buches “In den Albtraum, jenseits der Dunkelheit”.
Die Veranstaltung bietet einen Ausstellungsweg, der zeitgenössische Kunst und autobiografisches Erzählen miteinander verwebt und dem Publikum ein kulturelles Erlebnis bietet, das über die bloße ästhetische Wahrnehmung hinausgeht. Die ausgestellten Werke stehen im Dialog mit dem Inhalt des Buches und verleihen einer künstlerischen Forschung, die tief mit den persönlichen Erfahrungen des Autors verbunden ist, visuelle Form.
Valerio Zezur, geboren in der Ukraine und in Italien aufgewachsen, entwickelt eine Poetik, die sich auf die Transformation von Erinnerung in visuelle Sprache konzentriert. Seine Arbeit befindet sich in einem Bereich zeitgenössischer Forschung, der Materialien, Schichtungen und Zeichen nutzt, um universelle Themen wie Identität, Verlust und Wiedergeburt zu erzählen.
Der Band “In den Albtraum, jenseits der Dunkelheit” stellt den narrativen Kern des Projekts dar: ein autobiografisches Zeugnis, das einen komplexen menschlichen Weg nachzeichnet, von der Kindheit, die von schwierigen Erfahrungen geprägt ist, bis hin zur Konstruktion einer neuen Identität durch die Kunst. Zur Eröffnung wird der Künstler das Buch präsentieren und das Publikum treffen, um einen Moment des direkten Austauschs über den kreativen Prozess und die Bedeutung des Projekts zu bieten.
