Romano d’Ezzelino – Ogni storia si racconta almeno due volte: una con le parole, l’altra con le immagini. Nasce da questa suggestione “Non raccontiamoci storie”, un ciclo di tre incontri dedicato al dialogo tra letteratura e cinema, ideato e curato dall’attore Livio Pacella per La Fucina Letteraria, in collaborazione con Le Notti de Il Bandito.
Concluderà la rassegna mercoledì 15 aprile l’incontro intitolato Da Il nome della rosa a Il trono di spade. Una questione di stile. Due universi lontani, ma accomunati dall’ambizione di costruire mondi complessi e totalizzanti. Dal mistero medievale del primo romanzo di Umberto Eco, del quale ricorre il decennale dalla morte, alla saga epica di Il trono di spade di Martin, uno sguardo su come cinema e serie tv trasformano linguaggio, stile e visione d’autore, tra adattamenti fedeli e audaci riscritture.

Romano d’Ezzelino – Every story is told at least twice: once with words, and once with images. This idea gives rise to “Let’s not tell ourselves stories”, a series of three meetings dedicated to the dialogue between literature and cinema, conceived and curated by actor Livio Pacella for La Fucina Letteraria, in collaboration with Le Notti de Il Bandito.
The series will conclude on Wednesday, April 15th with the meeting titled From The Name of the Rose to Game of Thrones. A matter of style. Two distant universes, yet united by the ambition to build complex and all-encompassing worlds. From the medieval mystery of Umberto Eco's first novel, which marks a decade since his death, to the epic saga of Game of Thrones by Martin, a look at how cinema and TV series transform language, style, and authorial vision, between faithful adaptations and bold rewrites.

Romano d’Ezzelino – Jede Geschichte wird mindestens zweimal erzählt: einmal mit Worten, ein anderes Mal mit Bildern. Aus dieser Idee entsteht „Erzählen wir uns keine Geschichten“, ein Zyklus von drei Begegnungen, der dem Dialog zwischen Literatur und Kino gewidmet ist, konzipiert und organisiert von dem Schauspieler Livio Pacella für La Fucina Letteraria, in Zusammenarbeit mit Le Notti de Il Bandito.
Den Abschluss der Reihe bildet am Mittwoch, den 15. April, das Treffen mit dem Titel Von Der Name der Rose zu Game of Thrones. Eine Frage des Stils. Zwei weit entfernte Universen, die jedoch durch den Ehrgeiz verbunden sind, komplexe und totalisierende Welten zu erschaffen. Vom mittelalterlichen Geheimnis des ersten Romans von Umberto Eco, dessen Todestag sich jährt, bis zur epischen Saga von Game of Thrones von Martin, ein Blick darauf, wie Kino und Serien das Sprachspiel, den Stil und die Autorenvision verändern, zwischen treuen Adaptionen und kühnen Neuinterpretationen.
