Alla stazione funiviaria di Serauta è possibile visitare il museo Marmolada Grande Guerra 3000 m, completamente rinnovato e ampliato nel 2015, dando vita ad un emozionante percorso visivo e multimediale che parte dalla realtà di inizio Novecento e prosegue nella quotidianità della guerra in alta montagna. Uno degli aspetti più interessanti e singolari della Prima Guerra mondiale perché mai, prima di allora, si erano combattute delle battaglie ad altitudini così elevate. 300 mq di esposizione attraverso foto d'epoca, spezzoni di video, stralci di diario, vetrine tematiche e reperti emersi dai ghiacci della Marmolada.

At the Serauta cableway station it is possible to visit the Marmolada Great War museum, at a height of 3000m, which was completely refurbished and extended in 2015 transforming it into a deeply moving visual and multimedia experience on a journey from the start of the 20th Century and continuing through the daily life of fighting a war in the high mountains. One of the most unusual and interesting aspects of the First World War is that until that time, war had never been waged at such high altitudes. 300m2 of exhibition space are home to photography from that era, film clips, extracts from diaries, themed showcases and remains found under the ice-sheets of the Marmolada.
