Evento co-finanziato dall’Amministrazione comunale di Roana e organizzato in collaborazione con la pro loco di Cesuna e Malga Zovetto.
Una domenica pomeriggio dedicata ai sapori genuini dell’Altopiano. Passeggiando tra pascoli e panorami di montagna scopriremo il profondo legame tra territorio, allevamento e produzione casearia, seguendo il percorso che dalle erbe del pascolo conduce ai formaggi di malga.
Visiteremo il laboratorio di Malga Zovetto per conoscere da vicino il lavoro quotidiano dei malgari e le tradizioni che rendono unici questi prodotti. Profumi, racconti e curiosità ci accompagneranno in un viaggio alla scoperta della cultura dell’alpeggio.
A conclusione dell’esperienza, un gustoso aperitivo con degustazione delle specialità della malga permetterà di assaporare il territorio direttamente nel luogo in cui nasce.
La prenotazione è obbligatoria.
COSTO: 10€ per l’escursione guidata e la degustazione a Malga Zovetto. Gratis per i minori di 15 anni.
RITROVO: ore 17.30 al parcheggio di fronte alla Chiesa di Cesuna - Via Zuan Laita, 10, 36010 Cesuna VI. Si parte a piedi dal punto di ritrovo.

A Sunday afternoon dedicated to the genuine flavors of the Plateau. While walking through pastures and mountain landscapes, we will discover the deep connection between territory, breeding, and dairy production, following the path that leads from pasture herbs to mountain cheeses.
We will visit the Malga Zovetto laboratory to closely learn about the daily work of the herders and the traditions that make these products unique. Scents, stories, and curiosities will accompany us on a journey to discover the culture of alpine grazing.
At the end of the experience, a tasty aperitif with tasting of the specialties of the malga will allow us to savor the territory directly in the place where it is created.
Reservation is mandatory.
COST: 10€ for the guided excursion and tasting at Malga Zovetto. Free for those under 15 years old.
MEETING POINT: 5:30 p.m. at the parking lot in front of the Church of Cesuna - Via Zuan Laita, 10, 36010 Cesuna VI. We will depart on foot from the meeting point.

Veranstaltung, die co-finanziert wird von der Gemeindeverwaltung von Roana und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Pro Loco von Cesuna und Malga Zovetto organisiert.
Ein Sonntagnachmittag, der den echten Aromen der Hochebene gewidmet ist. Bei einem Spaziergang durch Weideflächen und Bergpanoramen werden wir die tiefgehende Verbindung zwischen dem Gebiet, der Viehzucht und der Käseproduktion entdecken, indem wir dem Weg folgen, der von den Kräutern der Weide zu den Bergkäsen führt.
Wir werden das Labor von Malga Zovetto besuchen, um die tägliche Arbeit der Almbauern und die Traditionen, die diese Produkte einzigartig machen, aus nächster Nähe kennenzulernen. Düfte, Geschichten und Kuriositäten werden uns auf einer Reise zur Entdeckung der Alpkultur begleiten.
Am Ende des Erlebnisses ermöglicht ein schmackhafter Aperitif mit Verkostung der Spezialitäten der Alm , das Gebiet direkt an dem Ort zu schmecken, wo es entsteht.
Die Reservierung ist obligatorisch.
