I “Valincantà” è un gruppo formato da sette “custodi” di canti che sanno di terra, di passi lenti e di memorie condivise.
I componenti sono: Roberto Zotti – voce, chitarra acustica; Livio Busato – voce, chitarra classica, tiple, charrango, bandolin, quatro, quena, armonica; Lorenzo Pegoraro – voce; Roberto Marini – voce, basso acustico; Alberto Bortolan – voce, cornamusa, chitarra elettrica, bouzuki, flauti irlandesi, clarinetto; Daniele Calgaro – voce, fisarmonica, clarinetto; Davide Lista – voce, percussioni.
Le loro canzoni nascono dalla tradizione popolare, si intrecciano con voci armonizzate, raccontano storie semplici e profonde, fatte di lavoro, amore, ironia e umanità.
Cantano e suonano l’attaccamento alla propria terra, alle vallate, alle situazioni tipiche, passate e presenti, di una piccola zona pedemontana. Parlano di emigrazione, di ambiente, dello stato di abbandono e trasformazione del territorio. Un concerto da ascoltare con il cuore, lasciandosi portare dal suono e dalle parole.

The “Valincantà” is a group made up of seven “keepers” of songs that speak of the land, of slow steps, and of shared memories.
The members are: Roberto Zotti – voice, acoustic guitar; Livio Busato – voice, classical guitar, tiple, charrango, bandolin, quatro, quena, harmonica; Lorenzo Pegoraro – voice; Roberto Marini – voice, acoustic bass; Alberto Bortolan – voice, bagpipes, electric guitar, bouzouki, Irish flutes, clarinet; Daniele Calgaro – voice, accordion, clarinet; Davide Lista – voice, percussion.
Their songs stem from popular tradition, intertwining with harmonized voices, telling simple and deep stories made of work, love, irony, and humanity.
They sing and play about their attachment to their land, the valleys, and the typical situations, past and present, of a small foothill area. They speak of emigration, environment, and the state of abandonment and transformation of the territory. A concert to be listened to with the heart, allowing oneself to be carried away by the sound and the words.

Die “Valincantà” ist eine Gruppe von sieben “Hütern” von Liedern, die nach Erde, langsamen Schritten und geteilten Erinnerungen duften.
Die Mitglieder sind: Roberto Zotti – Gesang, Akustikgitarre; Livio Busato – Gesang, klassische Gitarre, Tiple, Charango, Bandolin, Quatro, Quena, Mundharmonika; Lorenzo Pegoraro – Gesang; Roberto Marini – Gesang, Kontrabass; Alberto Bortolan – Gesang, Dudelsack, E-Gitarre, Bouzouki, irische Flöten, Klarinette; Daniele Calgaro – Gesang, Akkordeon, Klarinette; Davide Lista – Gesang, Percussion.
Ihre Lieder entstehen aus der Volkstradition, verweben sich mit harmonisierten Stimmen, erzählen einfache und tiefgründige Geschichten, die von Arbeit, Liebe, Ironie und Menschlichkeit handeln.
Sie singen und spielen die Verbundenheit zu ihrem Land, zu den Tälern, zu den typischen Gegebenheiten, Vergangenem und Gegenwärtigem, einer kleinen Voralpenregion. Sie sprechen von Emigration, von der Umwelt, vom Zustand der Vernachlässigung und Transformation des Territoriums. Ein Konzert, das man mit dem Herzen hören sollte, sich vom Klang und von den Worten tragen lassend.
