Escursione guidata panoramica alla scoperta del mondo dei rapaci
Meta: Monte Rasta e gli spazi aperti di Camporovere di Roana - Altopiano di Asiago 7 Comuni
Evento co-finanziato dall’Amministrazione comunale di Roana e organizzato in collaborazione con la pro loco di Camporovere.
Partiamo a piedi da Camporovere, caratteristico borgo di montagna dove prati e pascoli si alternano a rigogliosi boschi. I versanti affacciati sulla Valdassa favoriscono la formazione di correnti ascensionali sfruttate da numerosi rapaci per librarsi nel cielo. Con un po’ di fortuna potremo osservare anche il caratteristico “spirito santo” del gheppio, immobile nell’aria mentre scruta il terreno in cerca di prede. Ali spiegate nel vento, sguardi capaci di cogliere ogni movimento e silenziosi volteggi sopra la valle: i rapaci saranno i protagonisti di un’esperienza emozionante alla scoperta dei signori del cielo dell’Altopiano.

Il percorso è ad anello e non presenta particolari difficoltà tecniche. Il percorso si sviluppa tra strade sterrate, sentieri di montagna e qualche breve tratto di strada asfaltata poco trafficata. Il dislivello in salita è inferiore ai 280 m, non sono presenti tratti esposti.
DA PORTARE CON SÉ: scarponi da montagna, vestiario a strati adatto al clima montano (caldamente consigliati pantaloni lunghi), giacca impermeabile, zaino con acqua per tutta la durata dell’escursione, un piccolo snack come la frutta secca, crema solare, occhiali da sole, cappellino.
COSTO: 10€ per l’escursione guidata a persona. Gratis per i ragazzi sotto i 15 anni.

Guided panoramic hike to discover the world of birds of prey
Destination: Monte Rasta and the open spaces of Camporovere di Roana - Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities
Event co-financed by the municipal administration of Roana and organized in collaboration with the pro loco of Camporovere.
We start on foot from Camporovere, a characteristic mountain village where meadows and pastures alternate with lush woods. The slopes facing Valdassa favor the formation of updrafts used by numerous birds of prey to soar in the sky. With a bit of luck, we may also observe the characteristic “spirito santo” of the kestrel, motionless in the air while surveying the ground for prey. Wings spread in the wind, eyes able to catch every movement, and silent glides above the valley: the birds of prey will be the protagonists of an exciting experience discovering the lords of the sky of the Plateau.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is circular and does not present particular technical difficulties. The route develops through dirt roads, mountain trails, and a few short sections of little trafficked asphalt road. The elevation gain is less than 280 m, and there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long pants strongly recommended), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the entire duration of the hike, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap.
COST: 10€ for the guided hike per person. Free for children under 15 years old.

Geführte Panoramatour zur Entdeckung der Welt der Greifvögel
Ziel: Monte Rasta und die offenen Flächen von Camporovere di Roana - Altopiano di Asiago 7 Comuni
Veranstaltung kofinanziert von der Gemeindeverwaltung von Roana und organisiert in Zusammenarbeit mit der Pro Loco von Camporovere.
Wir starten zu Fuß von Camporovere, einem charakteristischen Bergdorf, in dem Wiesen und Weiden auf üppige Wälder treffen. Die Hänge, die sich zur Valdassa neigen, begünstigen die Bildung von Aufwinden, die von zahlreichen Greifvögeln genutzt werden, um am Himmel zu kreisen. Mit etwas Glück können wir auch den charakteristischen “Heiligen Geist” des Turmfalken beobachten, der in der Luft schwebt und den Boden auf der Suche nach Beute beobachtet. Ausgebreitete Flügel im Wind, Blicke, die jede Bewegung wahrnehmen, und lautlose Drehungen über dem Tal: Die Greifvögel werden die Protagonisten eines emotionalen Erlebnisses sein, das die Herren des Himmels des Altopiano entdeckt.
SCHWIERIGKEIT: Wir vergeben eine Schwierigkeit von 3 auf einer Skala von 1 (sehr leicht) bis 5 (anspruchsvoll)
Die Strecke ist eine Rundwanderung und weist keine besonderen technischen Schwierigkeiten auf. Der Weg verläuft über Schotterstraßen, Bergpfade und einige kurze Abschnitte auf wenig befahrenen Asphaltstraßen. Der Höhenunterschied im Aufstieg beträgt weniger als 280 m, es gibt keine exponierten Abschnitte.
WAS MITZUBRINGEN: Wanderschuhe, schichtweise Kleidung geeignet für das Gebirgsklima (lange Hosen werden dringend empfohlen), Regenjacke, Rucksack mit Wasser für die gesamte Dauer der Wanderung, ein kleiner Snack wie Trockenfrüchte, Sonnencreme, Sonnenbrille, Mütze.
KOSTEN: 10€ pro Person für die geführte Wanderung. Kostenlos für Kinder unter 15 Jahren.
