Evento co-finanziato dall’Amministrazione comunale di Roana e organizzato in collaborazione con la pro loco di Roana.
Questa escursione con partenza dal centro di Roana ci accompagna tra le contrade, i prati e pascoli ed i boschi di Roana di Sotto. Passo dopo passo la guida vi condurrà alla scoperta delle meraviglie naturalistiche del territorio dalle particolari essenze erbacee utilizzate nella tradizione popolare ai luoghi di passaggio di animali selvatici come caprioli, volpi e tassi. I racconti sulla biodiversità di Roana saranno intervallati da aneddoti e curiosità su personaggi e vicende di paese più o meno note, ma sempre avvincenti e che hanno fatto la storia di questa comunità di montagna.
Un’esperienza lenta e coinvolgente per conoscere Roana con occhi nuovi e sentirsi, anche solo per una mattina, parte della sua storia.

DIFFICOLTÀ: assegnamo difficoltà 2 su una scala da 1 (facilissimo) a 5 (impegnativo)
Il percorso non presenta particolari difficoltà tecniche, è adatto a tutti e si sviluppa tra strade sterrate e sentieri di montagna e qualche breve tratto di strada asfaltata poco trafficata. Il dislivello in salita è inferiore ai 250 m, non sono presenti tratti esposti.
DA PORTARE CON SÉ: scarponi da montagna, vestiario a strati adatto al clima montano (pantaloni lunghi caldamente consigliati), giacca impermeabile, zaino con acqua per tutta la durata dell’escursione, un piccolo snack come la frutta secca, cappellino, crema solare, occhiali da sole.
COSTO: 10€ per l’escursione guidata a persona. Gratis per i ragazzi sotto i 15 anni.

This hike, starting from the center of Roana, takes us through the hamlets, meadows, pastures, and woods of Roana di Sotto. Step by step, the guide will lead you to discover the natural wonders of the area, from the unique herbaceous plants used in popular tradition to the passageways of wild animals such as deer, foxes, and badgers. Stories about the biodiversity of Roana will be interspersed with anecdotes and curiosities about characters and events from the town, some more known than others, but always captivating and that have shaped the history of this mountain community.
A slow and engaging experience to get to know Roana with fresh eyes and to feel, even just for a morning, part of its history.
Reservation is mandatory.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty level of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone, and develops along dirt roads and mountain trails, with some short stretches of little trafficked asphalt road. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, and there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for mountain climate (long pants highly recommended), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the entire duration of the hike, a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, sunscreen, sunglasses.
COST: 10€ for the guided hike per person. Free for children under 15 years old.

MEETING POINT: 9:30 a.m. at Piazza Santa Giustina in Roana. We leave on foot from the meeting point.

Diese Wanderung, die im Zentrum von Roana beginnt, führt uns durch die Gegenden, Wiesen, Weiden und Wälder von Roana di Sotto. Schritt für Schritt wird der Guide Sie in die natürlichen Wunder der Region einführen, von den besonderen Kräutern, die in der Volkstradition verwendet werden, bis zu den Durchgangsstellen von Wildtieren wie Rehen, Füchsen und Dachsen. Die Geschichten über die Biodiversität von Roana werden von Anekdoten und Kuriositäten über mehr oder weniger bekannte Charaktere und Ereignisse des Dorfes unterbrochen, die immer fesselnd sind und die Geschichte dieser Berggemeinschaft geprägt haben.
Eine langsame und fesselnde Erfahrung, um Roana mit neuen Augen zu entdecken und sich, auch nur für einen Morgen, als Teil seiner Geschichte zu fühlen.
Die Anmeldung ist obligatorisch.
Schwierigkeitsgrad: wir weisen eine Schwierigkeit von 2 auf einer Skala von 1 (sehr einfach) bis 5 (anspruchsvoll) zu.
Der Weg weist keine besonderen technischen Schwierigkeiten auf, ist für alle geeignet und verläuft über Schotterstraßen und Bergpfade sowie einige kurze Abschnitte wenig befahrener asphaltierter Straßen. Der Höhenunterschied beträgt weniger als 250 m, es gibt keine exponierten Abschnitte.
MITBRINGEN: Wanderstiefel, lagenweiche Kleidung, die für das Bergklima geeignet ist (lange Hosen dringend empfohlen), Regenjacke, Rucksack mit Wasser für die gesamte Dauer der Wanderung, einen kleinen Snack wie Trockenfrüchte, Mütze, Sonnencreme, Sonnenbrille.
KOSTEN: 10€ für die geführte Wanderung pro Person. Kostenlos für Kinder unter 15 Jahren.

TREFFPUNKT: um 9:30 Uhr auf der Piazza Santa Giustina in Roana. Der Start erfolgt zu Fuß vom Treffpunkt.
