Lo shiatsu è una terapia manuale giapponese che utilizza la digitopressione per riequilibrare l'energia vitale del corpo, detta "ki". Si basa sulla filosofia orientale e sulla convinzione che un flusso di energia corretto sia fondamentale per la salute. L'operatore shiatsu, attraverso la pressione sulle aree specifiche del corpo, aiuta a ripristinare l'equilibrio energetico e a stimolare l'autoguarigione.
Lezione che prevede tecniche di rilassamento, stretching dei meridiani, auto massaggio.
