Dal 27 al 30 agosto 2026 torna il CucuFestival, che giunge quest’anno alla sua sedicesima edizione, promossa e coordinata dal Comune di Roana e organizzata da Carichi Sospesi Aps con la Direzione Artistica di Marco Caldiron e la collaborazione delle Proloco delle sei frazioni del territorio cimbro. Per quattro giorni Roana e le sue frazioni, situate nel cuore dell’Altopiano dei Sette Comuni in provincia di Vicenza, si trasformeranno in un grande palcoscenico a cielo aperto, dove il teatro di strada si esprimerà nella sua forma più poetica e universale, mettendo in dialogo corpo, paesaggio e memoria e intrecciando l’arte performativa con il territorio che la accoglie.
Artisti da tutto il mondo porteranno in scena spettacoli che dialogano con i gesti, i suoni e il movimento, in un linguaggio capace di parlare a ogni età e di attraversare culture e generazioni, con spettacoli di mimo, teatro, acrobatica, danza contemporanea e circo, clownerie, giocoleria e musica. Il CucuFestival fin dalla sua prima edizione anche una finestra aperta sul mondo. Ogni anno accoglie artisti provenienti da culture e continenti diversi, offrendo al pubblico l’opportunità di incontrare linguaggi scenici lontani ma immediatamente comprensibili. In questa edizione si esibiranno artisti provenienti dal Togo, dall’Argentina e dalla Francia, che si intrecciano con la creatività italiana in un dialogo senza confini.

From August 27 to 30, 2026 the CucuFestival returns, reaching its sixteenth edition this year, promoted and coordinated by the Municipality of Roana and organized by Carichi Sospesi Aps with the Artistic Direction of Marco Caldiron and in collaboration with the Proloco of the six fractions of the Cimbrian territory. For four days, Roana and its fractions, located in the heart of the Seven Municipalities Plateau in the province of Vicenza, will transform into a large open-air stage, where street theater will express itself in its most poetic and universal form, creating a dialogue between body, landscape, and memory, intertwining performative art with the territory that welcomes it.
Artists from all over the world will bring performances that engage with gestures, sounds, and movement, in a language capable of speaking to all ages and crossing cultures and generations, featuring shows of mime, theater, acrobatics, contemporary dance, circus, clowning, juggling, and music. Since its first edition, the CucuFestival has also been an open window to the world. Every year it welcomes artists from different cultures and continents, offering the audience the opportunity to encounter distant but immediately understandable scenic languages. This edition will feature artists from Togo, Argentina, and France, intertwining with Italian creativity in a dialogue without borders.

Vom 27. bis 30. August 2026 kehrt das CucuFestival zurück, das in diesem Jahr seine sechzehnte Ausgabe feiert, gefördert und koordiniert von der Gemeinde Roana und organisiert von Carichi Sospesi Aps mit der künstlerischen Leitung von Marco Caldiron und der Zusammenarbeit der Proloco der sechs Fraktionen des cimbro Gebietes. Vier Tage lang wird Roana und seine Fraktionen, gelegen im Herzen des Altopiano dei Sette Comuni in der Provinz Vicenza, sich in eine große Open-Air-Bühne verwandeln, auf der das Straßentheater in seiner poetischsten und universellsten Form zum Ausdruck kommt, indem es Körper, Landschaft und Erinnerung in einen Dialog bringt und die darstellende Kunst mit dem Gebiet verbindet, das sie beherbergt.
Künstler aus der ganzen Welt werden Aufführungen präsentieren, die mit Gesten, Klängen und Bewegung interagieren, in einer Sprache, die in der Lage ist, mit jedem Alter zu sprechen und Kulturen und Generationen zu überbrücken, mit Aufführungen von Pantomime, Theater, Akrobatik, zeitgenössischem Tanz und Zirkus, Clownerie, Jonglage und Musik. Das CucuFestival ist seit seiner ersten Ausgabe auch ein offenes Fenster zur Welt. Jedes Jahr empfängt es Künstler aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Kontinenten und bietet dem Publikum die Möglichkeit, fernliegende, aber sofort verständliche Bühnen-sprachen zu erleben. In dieser Ausgabe werden Künstler aus Togo, Argentinien und Frankreich auftreten, die mit der italienischen Kreativität in einem grenzenlosen Dialog verwoben sind.
