Dal 27 dicembre 2025 al 5 gennaio 2026 Roana e le sue frazioni (Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, VI) ospitano la nona edizione del Bintar Gospel Festival, rassegna promossa dal Comune di Roana: cori e artisti dagli Stati Uniti tra chiese, teatri e piazze.
Il Bintar, che in cimbro indica l'inverno, è il primo festival di gospel americano di montagna e propone il gospel così come viene cantato nelle comunità afroamericane degli USA. Nato nel 2013 dall’incontro, durante Hoga Zait – Il Festival Cimbro, tra la comunità cimbra e quella creola del Delta del Mississippi, il festival affonda le proprie radici in un dialogo tra culture e memorie collettive: da quelle contaminazioni è maturata l’idea che l’Altopiano potesse diventare la casa ideale per la tradizione gospel più autentica.
Il cartellone 2025/2026 prevede sei appuntamenti (in gran parte a ingresso libero fino a esaurimento posti): Real Gospel New Orleans (27/12, Roana, chiesa), Nathan Mitchell & The Voices of Inspiration (28/12, Cesuna, Teatro Palladio, prenotazione obbligatoria), God’s Angels – Soul of Gospel Revue guidato da KNAGUI (30/12, Canove, Palazzetto), Cedric Shannon Rives (3/1, Camporovere, chiesa), Rusty Brass Band (4/1, Treschè Conca, piazza) e The Women of God (5/1, Mezzaselva, chiesa).

From December 27, 2025, to January 5, 2026, Roana and its fractions (Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, VI) will host the ninth edition of the Bintar Gospel Festival, an event promoted by the Municipality of Roana: choirs and artists from the United States in churches, theaters, and squares.
The Bintar, which in Cimbrian means winter, is the first American mountain gospel festival and showcases gospel as it is sung in the African American communities of the USA. Born in 2013 from the encounter, during Hoga Zait – The Cimbrian Festival, between the Cimbrian community and that of the Creole Delta of the Mississippi, the festival is rooted in a dialogue between cultures and collective memories: from these contaminations, the idea arose that the Plateau could become the ideal home for the most authentic gospel tradition.
The program for 2025/2026 includes six events (mostly with free admission until seats are filled): Real Gospel New Orleans (27/12, Roana, church), Nathan Mitchell & The Voices of Inspiration (28/12, Cesuna, Teatro Palladio, reservation required), God’s Angels – Soul of Gospel Revue led by KNAGUI (30/12, Canove, Palazzetto), Cedric Shannon Rives (3/1, Camporovere, church), Rusty Brass Band (4/1, Treschè Conca, square), and The Women of God (5/1, Mezzaselva, church).

Vom 27. Dezember 2025 bis zum 5. Januar 2026 veranstalten Roana und seine Fraktionen (Hochplateau der Sette Gemeinden, VI) die neunte Auflage des Bintar Gospel Festivals, eine Veranstaltung, die von der Gemeinde Roana gefördert wird: Chöre und Künstler aus den Vereinigten Staaten in Kirchen, Theatern und auf Plätzen.
Der Bintar, der im Cimbrianischen den Winter bezeichnet, ist das erste amerikanische Gospel-Festival in den Bergen und präsentiert das Gospel, wie es in den afroamerikanischen Gemeinschaften der USA gesungen wird. Es wurde 2013 aus der Begegnung während des Hoga Zait – Das Cimbrianische Festival geboren, zwischen der cimbrianischen Gemeinschaft und der Kreolischen des Mississippi-Deltas, und hat seine Wurzeln in einem Dialog zwischen Kulturen und kollektiven Erinnerungen: Aus diesen Kontaminationen entwickelte sich die Idee, dass das Hochplateau das ideale Zuhause für die authentischste Gospel-Tradition werden könnte.
Das Programm 2025/2026 umfasst sechs Veranstaltungen (hauptsächlich mit freiem Eintritt bis zur Erschöpfung der Plätze): Real Gospel New Orleans (27.12., Roana, Kirche), Nathan Mitchell & The Voices of Inspiration (28.12., Cesuna, Teatro Palladio, Reservierung erforderlich), God’s Angels – Soul of Gospel Revue geleitet von KNAGUI (30.12., Canove, Palazzetto), Cedric Shannon Rives (3.1., Camporovere, Kirche), Rusty Brass Band (4.1., Treschè Conca, Platz) und The Women of God (5.1., Mezzaselva, Kirche).
