Di fronte al Municipio troviamo il monumento ai Caduti a forma di obelisco sulla cui cima è posta un’aquila di bronzo.
Nei documenti dell’archivio comunale non si trova citato l’autore del monumento, anche se è probabile che l’opera sia uscita dal laboratorio Possamai di Solighetto.
Si conosce invece la data della sua inaugurazione, l’8 maggio 1921. Le spese di carattere ufficiale ammontarono a L. 716. Tra queste figuravano il nastro tricolore per la corona, il vermut per il ricevimento delle autorità civili e militari, la refezione ai bambini e alle vedove dei caduti, il banchetto alle autorità intervenute.
In quello stesso periodo fu inaugurato anche il Parco della Rimembranza a nord del cimitero, con la messa a dimora di tanti cipressi quanti erano stati i caduti della grande guerra.

The creator of this monument is not mentioned in the documents in the municipal archives, although it is highly likely that it came from the workshop of Possamai in Solighetto.
The date of its inauguration however, is recorded as the 8 May 1921. The official expenses amounted to 716 lire (about 0.40 euro) which included the three-colour ribbon for the wreath, a drink of vermouth to welcome the civilian and military VIPs plus a banquet for them and a simpler meal served to the children and widows of the fallen.
The same era saw the inauguration of the Garden of Remembrance to the north of the cemetery in which the same number of cypresses were planted as those who had fallen during the Great War.
Gegenüber dem Rathaus steht das Denkmal für die Gefallenen in Form eines Obelisken, dessen Spitze ein Adler aus Bronze krönt.
In den Schriftstücken des Gemeindearchivs wird der Autor des Gedenksteins nicht genannt, aber es ist anzunehmen, dass er in der Werkstatt Possamai in Solighetto geschaffen wurde.
Bekannt ist hingegen das Datum der Denkmalenthüllung, die am 8. Mai 1921 stattfand. Die amtlichen Kosten beliefen sich auf 716 Lire (in heutiger Währung etwa 0,37 Cent). Darunter waren das Band in den italienischen Farben für den Kranz, der Wermut für den Empfang der zivilen und militärischen Ehrengäste, die Erfrischungen für Kinder und Witwen der Gefallenen und das Festessen für die teilnehmende Obrigkeit aufgeführt.
Im selben Zeitraum wurde auch der Gedenkpark „Parco della Rimembranza“ im Norden des Friedhofes eingeweiht, in dem für jeden Gefallenen des Ersten Weltkriegs eine Zypresse gepflanzt wurde.
