Il Museo è aperto tutti i giorno, anche a ferragosto e straordinariamente lunedì 17 agosto.

A chi acquista il biglietto d’ingresso al Museo Canova è riservato il servizio di visita guidata alle collezioni, in programma alle ore 11:00 e alle 16:00, al costo aggiuntivo di 5 euro a persona rispetto al prezzo del biglietto.
Nelle giornate di sabato e domenica, inoltre, sono previsti ulteriori turni di visita alle ore 10:30, 12:30, 16:30, 17:30.

Ogni gruppo di visita potrà accogliere un massimo di 20 visitatori, vi invitiamo quindi a prenotare chiamando lo 0423 544 323 o inviando un’e-mail a posta@museocanova.it. Il pagamento del biglietto e della visita guidata può essere effettuato comodamente in loco.

Per saperne di più… Il Museo Gypsotheca Antonio Canova di Possagno è il luogo che custodisce lʼeredità storica e artistica del più grande scultore del periodo neoclassico.
Il complesso museale, uno dei primi del Veneto, è composto dalla Casa natale e dalla Gypsotheca, collocata nell’originale basilica e nell’ampliamento progettato da Carlo Scarpa, che raccoglie i modelli originali in gesso dai quali sono stati tradotti i marmi che oggi si trovano nei più importanti musei del mondo.
Nella Casa natale sono custodite le opere pittoriche, i disegni, e incisioni e gli effetti personali dell’artista.

Those who purchase the entry ticket to the Canova Museum are entitled to the guided tour service of the collections, scheduled at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at an additional cost of 5 euros per person on top of the ticket price.
On Saturdays and Sundays, additional tour times are also scheduled at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.

To learn more… The Gypsotheca Antonio Canova Museum in Possagno is the place that preserves the historical and artistic legacy of the greatest sculptor of the neoclassical period.
The museum complex, one of the first in Veneto, consists of the Birth House and the Gypsotheca, located in the original basilica and in the extension designed by Carlo Scarpa, which houses the original plaster models from which the marbles now found in the most important museums in the world were created.
In the Birth House, the artist's paintings, drawings, engravings, and personal effects are kept.

Für diejenigen, die ein Eintrittsticket für das Museum Canova erwerben, ist der Führungsservice durch die Sammlungen vorgesehen, der um 11:00 und um 16:00 Uhr stattfindet, zu einem Aufpreis von 5 Euro pro Person zusätzlich zum Ticketpreis.
An den Tagen Samstag und Sonntag sind außerdem zusätzliche Führungen um 10:30, 12:30, 16:30 und 17:30 Uhr geplant.

Der Museums-Komplex, einer der ersten in Venetien, besteht aus dem Geburtshaus und der Gypsotheca, die sich in der originalen Basilika und in der von Carlo Scarpa gestalteten Erweiterung befindet, die die originalen Gipsmodelle beherbergt, aus denen die Marmorarbeiten erstellt wurden, die sich heute in den bedeutendsten Museen der Welt befinden.
Im Geburtshaus sind die Gemälde, Zeichnungen, Radierungen und persönlichen Gegenstände des Künstlers aufbewahrt.
