Pittoresca chiesetta rurale con campanile annesso, presente in località Patean, dedicata a San Tiziano, vescovo bizantino di Oderzo (Opitergum) vissuto fra l'anno 610 e il 632 d.C. e patrono della Diocesi di Vittorio Veneto.
Collocata al confine con le parrocchie di Farra di Soligo e Sernaglia che nel 1861 concorsero al restauro, la chiesetta ha una datazione molto antica risalente al 1276. Un documento del 1423 cita la "glexia de San Titian della regula de Farra" (Bibl. Cap. TV, Cathasticum Agri Tarvisini 1423), mentre in una visita pastorale del 1544 si ricorda che nel campo presso la chiesa esistesse un pozzo di acqua viva, indizio di luogo abitato. Secondo la tradizione sarebbe stata eretta dalle popolazioni della zona in ringraziamento al Santo per l'ottenuta liberazione da una pestilenza. Essa contiene una bella pala sacra di un pittore locale risalente a fine 800 "Madonna in trono tra santi", in cui sono ritratti S. Marco e S. Tiziano.

Picturesque rural church with adjoining bell tower, located in Patean, dedicated to San Tiziano, Byzantine bishop of Oderzo (Opitergum) who lived between the year 610 and 632 AD. and patron saint of the Diocese of Vittorio Veneto.
Located on the border with the parishes of Farra di Soligo and Sernaglia which contributed to the restoration in 1861, the church has a very ancient date dating back to 1276. A document dated 1423 mentions the "glexia de San Titian della regula de Farra" (Bibl. Cap . TV, Cathasticum Agri Tarvisini 1423), while in a pastoral visit in 1544 it is recalled that in the field near the church there was a well of living water, an indication of an inhabited place. According to tradition, it was erected by the populations of the area in thanks to the Saint for the liberation from a plague. It contains a beautiful sacred altarpiece by a local painter dating back to the end of the 19th century "Madonna Enthroned with Saints", in which St. Mark and St. Titian are portrayed.
Die malerische Landkirche mit angebautem Glockenturm im Ortsteil Patean ist dem Heiligen Tizian gewidmet, dem byzantinischen Bischof von Oderzo (Opitergium), der zwischen 610 und 632 n. Chr. lebte und Schutzpatron der Diözese von Vittorio Veneto ist. Die sehr alte Kirche an der Grenze zu den Pfarrgemeinden Farra di Soligo und Sernaglia, die 1861 zur Restaurierung beitrugen, geht auf das Jahr 1276 zurück. Eine Urkunde von 1423 erwähnt die „Glexia de San Titian della regula de Farra“ (Bibl. Cap. TV, Cathasticum Agri Tarvisini 1423), während anlässlich eines Pastoralbesuches von 1544 festgehalten wurde, dass sich auf dem Feld in der Nähe der Kirche ein Brunnen mit „lebendigem“ Wasser befand, ein Hinweis auf einen besiedelten Ort. Der Überlieferung nach wurde die Kirche von den Bewohnern des Gebiets gebaut, um dem Heiligen für ihre Befreiung von der Pest zu danken. Hier befindet sich das schöne Altarbild „Madonna auf dem Thron zwischen Heiligen“ eines einheimischen Malers, das Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts entstand und die Heiligen Markus und Tizian zeigt.
Jedes Jahr findet in Patean, in der Nähe der Kirche, ein traditionelles Dorffest statt, das dem Heiligen Tizian gewidmet ist.
