Da almeno quattro secoli anche nei documenti ufficiali il Monte Villa è riportato come “montagna de Suighét”. Il percorso semplice ed adatto a tutti, parte dal centro del borgo di Solighetto, prendendo per via Francesco Fabbri verso est; percorso un breve tratto di strada asfaltata si svolta su via Maseral (rif. Cantina Ballancin Lino) che ci porta per tornanti alla base del monte, passando di fronte ad alcuni casolari.
Si taglia il pendio in direzione est fino ad arrivare alla forcella che divide i due monti (Miceina), quindi si sale nel bosco guadagnando il crinale del Monte Villa. Il sentiero percorre l’intero filo di cresta immerso in un magnifico bosco di carpino e roverella e raggiunge la vetta a 412 m dove si nota un vecchio ripetitore ed alcune trincee della Grande Guerra. Si comincia a scendere lungo tratti abbastanza scoscesi fino alla grande croce in legno dedicata ai Caduti. Qui si svolta a destra scendendo lungo il versante della montagna quindi, raggiunta la strada sterrata, si passa per vigne e villette abbarbicate sul pendio fino ad arrivare a Solighet to a fianco alle vecchie cantine (Gastaldia); si percorre un breve tratto di asfalto fino all'imboccatura del sentiero di rientro a Pieve.

The alternative path from Solighetto: Mount Villa
Since at least four centuries also in the official documents, Mount Villa is reported as “mountain of Suighèt”. The path is simple and ideal for everybody, it starts from the centre of Solighetto’s hamlet, taking via Francesco Fabbri towards east; after a brief tract of paved road, turn to via Maseral (ref.Cantina Ballancin Lino), which leads twisting to the base of the mountm passing in front of some rural houses.
Crossing the slope in direction east to the fork dividing the two mounts (Miceina), so go up through the woods earning the ridge of Mount Villa.
The path walks down the whole way immersed in the magnificent wood of hornbeams and downy oaks and reaches the top at 412 m, where you can see an old cell tower and some trenches of the Great War. Go down along steep tracts until the big wooden cross to honor the fallen ones in the war. Here go right and down along the slope of the mountain and, once reached the dirt road, passing through vineyards and little villas clinging on the slope until arriving in Solighetto next to the old wineries (Gastaldia); go forward for a brief paved tract until the start of the path back to Pieve.

Seit mindestens vier Jahrhunderten wird der Monte Villa auch in amtlichen Schriftstücken als „Montagna de Suighét“ (Berg von Soligo) bezeichnet. Die Strecke ist einfach zu bewältigen und für jedermann geeignet. Sie beginnt in der Ortsmitte von Solighetto und führt über die Via Francesco Fabbri nach Osten; nach einem kurzen Stück auf einer asphaltierten Straße biegt man in die Via Maseral (Referenzpunkt Kellerei Ballancin Lino) ein, die an einigen Gehöften vorbei in Serpentinen hinunter bis zum Fuß des Berges führt.
Man überquert den Hang in östlicher Richtung bis zum Pass zwischen den beiden Bergen (Miceina) und steigt dann zum Wald hinauf, um den Bergrücken des Monte Villa zu erreichen. Der Weg verläuft den gesamten Kamm entlang in einem herrlichen Hainbuchen- und Flaumeichenwald und führt zum Gipfel auf 412 m Höhe, wo man eine alte Funkstation und einige Schützengräben aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg sehen kann. Der Abstieg beginnt mit ziemlich steilen Abschnitten bis zu dem großen Holzkreuz, einem Mahnmal für die Gefallenen. Hier biegt man rechts ab und geht über den Abhang hinunter. Sobald man die Schotterstraße erreicht hat, geht es weiter zwischen Weinbergen und kleinen Villen, die sich an den Hügel klammern, bis man bei den alten Weinkellereien (Gastaldia) nach Solighet gelangt. Auf einer kurzen, asphaltierten Straße kommt man zu dem Weg, der zurück nach Pieve führt.
