Il XXIII Corso Menarosti è dedicato allo spiedo dell'Alta Marca e comprende tre lezioni teoriche che si svolgeranno di lunedì. Il sabato è prevista la cottura degli spiedi da parte dei corsisti, divisi in coppie, e la cena conclusiva con la consegna dei diplomi.
The XXIII Menarosti Course is dedicated to the spit of the Alta Marca and includes three theoretical lessons that will take place on Mondays. On Saturday, the participants are scheduled to cook the spits in pairs, followed by a final dinner with the delivery of diplomas.
Der XXIII Corso Menarosti ist dem Spieß der Alta Marca gewidmet und umfasst drei theoretische Lektionen, die montags stattfinden. Am Samstag ist das Braten der Spieße durch die Kursteilnehmer, die in Paare eingeteilt werden, sowie das abschließende Abendessen mit der Übergabe der Diplome vorgesehen.
