Descrizione
Entra nel vivo il progetto “Welfare per il benessere e l’attrattività delle aziende del Parco San Michele” (DGR 1102 Regione Veneto). L’iniziativa, che vede UNIS&F (Confindustria Veneto Est) come capofila e il Comune di Pieve di Soligo nel ruolo di partner di rete, avvia la sua fase operativa con l’organizzazione di focus group strategici, quali momenti di ascolto e veri laboratori di co-progettazione.
Queste attività serviranno infatti sia a mappare le risorse, facendo emergere l’offerta già presente nel territorio (servizi pubblici, associazioni, Terzo Settore); sia a raccogliere i bisogni, intercettando le necessità reali di cittadini, lavoratori e imprese sulla conciliazione vita-lavoro (cura dei figli, assistenza anziani o disabilità).
Un ciclo di incontri aperti a cittadini, famiglie e imprese per condividere bisogni, confrontarsi sulle risorse e progettare soluzioni concrete.

Get involved in the project "Welfare for the well-being and attractiveness of companies in the San Michele Park" (DGR 1102 Veneto Region). The initiative, which sees UNIS&F (Confindustria Veneto Est) as the leading partner and the Municipality of Pieve di Soligo as a network partner, is starting its operational phase with the organization of strategic focus groups, serving as moments of listening and true co-design workshops.
These activities will serve both to map resources, bringing to light the existing offer in the territory (public services, associations, Third Sector); and to gather needs, intercepting the real necessities of citizens, workers, and businesses regarding work-life balance (childcare, elderly assistance, or disability support).
A series of meetings open to citizens, families, and businesses to share needs, discuss resources, and design concrete solutions.

Das Projekt „Welfare für das Wohlbefinden und die Attraktivität der Unternehmen im Park San Michele“ (DGR 1102 Region Venetien) kommt in die aktive Phase. Die Initiative, die von UNIS&F (Confindustria Veneto Est) als Hauptakteur und der Gemeinde Pieve di Soligo als Netzwerkpartner getragen wird, beginnt mit der Organisation von strategischen Fokusgruppen, die als Hörmomente und echte Co-Design-Workshops fungieren.
Diese Aktivitäten dienen sowohl dazu, die Ressourcen zu kartieren und das bereits vorhandene Angebot im Gebiet (öffentliche Dienste, Verbände, Dritte Sektor) sichtbar zu machen; als auch dazu, die Bedürfnisse zu erfassen und die tatsächlichen Bedürfnisse der Bürger, Arbeitnehmer und Unternehmen in Bezug auf die Vereinbarkeit von Berufs- und Privatleben (Kinderbetreuung, Altenpflege oder Behinderung) zu ermitteln.
Ein Zyklus von Treffen, die für Bürger, Familien und Unternehmen offen stehen, um Bedürfnisse zu teilen, sich über Ressourcen auszutauschen und konkrete Lösungen zu entwickeln.
