La meravigliosa cornice di Villa Brandolini d’Adda a Solighetto ospita una nuova esposizione, la mostra personale di Pierluigi Slis, a cura di Amerigo Mariotti e Giorgia Tronconi di Adiacenze, associazione culturale e spazio curatoriale dedicato alla sperimentazione dell'arte contemporanea con sede a Bologna.
Unexpected Folding è molto più di una mostra, intendendo essere un vero e proprio progetto esperienziale, un work in progress in costante evoluzione, in cui le opere prenderanno forma dall’interazione tra artista, spazio e pubblico. Sin dal primo giorno, infatti, i visitatori saranno parte attiva del processo artistico: l'artista trasferirà il suo studio all’interno della mostra e si metterà al lavoro. Le opere saranno realizzate nel periodo di apertura e la mostra si costruirà nel tempo, attraverso la relazione diretta tra chi crea, chi osserva e chi partecipa. Le tredici installazioni inedite che si intrecciano con oggetti e gesti del fare quotidiano, sono dei veri e propri catalizzatori di connessioni: non entità finite, ma dispositivi aperti, pronti a trasformarsi attraverso l’incontro.
Il momento culminante di questo processo aperto sarà l’evento di restituzione sabato 3 maggio, un’occasione pubblica per condividere le trasformazioni avvenute nel corso della mostra e riflettere insieme su ciò che si è creato, vissuto e immaginato.
The wonderful setting of Villa Brandolini d’Adda in Solighetto hosts a new exhibition, the solo show of Pierluigi Slis, curated by Amerigo Mariotti and Giorgia Tronconi from Adiacenze, a cultural association and curatorial space dedicated to the experimentation of contemporary art based in Bologna.
Unexpected Folding is much more than an exhibition; it aims to be a true experiential project, a work in progress in constant evolution, in which the artworks will take shape from the interaction between artist, space, and audience. From the very first day, visitors will be an active part of the artistic process: the artist will transfer his studio inside the exhibition and will get to work. The artworks will be created during the opening period, and the exhibition will build itself over time, through the direct relationship between those who create, those who observe, and those who participate. The thirteen unpublished installations that intertwine with objects and gestures of daily life are true catalysts for connections: not finished entities, but open devices, ready to transform through encounter.
The climax of this open process will be the restitution event on Saturday, May 3, a public opportunity to share the transformations that occurred throughout the exhibition and to reflect together on what has been created, experienced, and imagined.
Der wunderbare Rahmen der Villa Brandolini d’Adda in Solighetto beherbergt eine neue Ausstellung, die Einzelausstellung von Pierluigi Slis, kuratiert von Amerigo Mariotti und Giorgia Tronconi von Adiacenze, einer kulturellen Vereinigung und einem Kuratorenraum, der der Experimentierung mit zeitgenössischer Kunst gewidmet ist und seinen Sitz in Bologna hat.
Unexpected Folding ist weit mehr als eine Ausstellung; sie versteht sich als ein wahrhaftiges experimentelles Projekt, ein sich ständig weiterentwickelnder Work in Progress, in dem die Werke aus der Interaktion zwischen Künstler, Raum und Publikum entstehen. Vom ersten Tag an werden die Besucher tatsächlich Teil des künstlerischen Prozesses sein: Der Künstler wird sein Studio in die Ausstellung verlagern und mit der Arbeit beginnen. Die Werke werden während der Öffnungszeit geschaffen und die Ausstellung wird sich im Laufe der Zeit entwickeln, durch die direkte Beziehung zwischen dem, der kreiert, dem, der beobachtet, und dem, der teilnimmt. Die dreizehn unveröffentlichten Installationen, die mit Objekten und Gesten des täglichen Schaffens verwoben sind, sind wahre Katalysatoren für Verbindungen: nicht abgeschlossene Entitäten, sondern offene Geräte, die bereit sind, sich durch Begegnungen zu verändern.
Der Höhepunkt dieses offenen Prozesses wird die Rückgabe-Veranstaltung am Samstag, dem 3. Mai, sein, eine öffentliche Gelegenheit, die während der Ausstellung stattgefundenen Transformationen zu teilen und gemeinsam über das, was geschaffen, erlebt und imaginiert wurde, nachzudenken.
