Un importante momento per far conoscere due iniziative di notevole rilevanza.
Cominciamo con la presentazione del portale Distretto del cibo Treviso, descrivendone i prodotti, i progetti, le aziende ma soprattutto condividendo molte informazioni utili.
L'incontro continua con la presentazione del libro "La sopressa, insaccato nobile". Saranno presenti anche gli autori Graziano Lazzarotto e Otello Fabris, accompagnati dall'editore De Bastiani. Presente anche Paul Spadetto, che ha curato foto e grafica della pubblicazione.
A conclusione dell'incontro, pan e sopressa de casada! Degustazione a cura della Confraternita della Sopressa e Massimo Foltran.
An important moment to showcase two initiatives of significant relevance.
We start with the presentation of the Food District portal Treviso, describing the products, projects, companies, but above all sharing a lot of useful information.
The meeting continues with the presentation of the book "La sopressa, insaccato nobile". The authors Graziano Lazzarotto and Otello Fabris will also be present, accompanied by publisher De Bastiani. Ein wichtiger Moment, um zwei Initiativen von erheblichem Interesse bekannt zu machen.
Wir beginnen mit der Präsentation des Portals Distretto del cibo Treviso, in dem wir die Produkte, Projekte und Unternehmen beschreiben und vor allem viele nützliche Informationen teilen.
Das Treffen geht weiter mit der Vorstellung des Buches "La sopressa, insaccato nobile". Auch die Autoren Graziano Lazzarotto und Otello Fabris werden anwesend sein, begleitet vom Verleger De Bastiani. Auch Paul Spadetto wird present sein, der die Fotos und die Grafik der Veröffentlichung betreut hat.
