Appuntamento mensile con l'Alzheimer Cafè, un luogo di socialità dove le persone con demenza e i loro familiari si possono incontrare e, supportati da una facilitatore e un'atmosfera informale, hanno la possibilità di trovare risposta ai loro bisogni.
Il Caffè Alzheimer è un luogo sicuro, dove l'atmosfera rilassata ed accogliente permette alle persone con demenza e ai loro caregiver di trovare conforto, condivisione e supporto, uscendo di casa per contrastare l'isolamento che spesso segue la diagnosi di malattia neurodegenerativa.
L'Alzheimer si affronta insieme, non da soli!
Monthly appointment with the Alzheimer Café, a social place where people with dementia and their family members can meet and, supported by a facilitator and an informal atmosphere, have the opportunity to find answers to their needs.
The Alzheimer's Café is a safe place, where the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere allows people with dementia and their caregivers to find comfort, sharing and support, getting out of the house to counteract the isolation that often follows the diagnosis of neurodegenerative disease.
Alzheimer's is tackled together, not alone!
Monatliche Verabredung mit dem Alzheimer-Café, einem sozialen Ort, an dem sich Menschen mit Demenz und ihre Familienangehörigen treffen können und mit Unterstützung eines Moderators und in einer informellen Atmosphäre die Möglichkeit haben, Antworten auf ihre Bedürfnisse zu finden.
Das Alzheimer-Café ist ein sicherer Ort, an dem die entspannte und einladende Atmosphäre es Menschen mit Demenz und ihren Betreuern ermöglicht, Trost, Austausch und Unterstützung zu finden und aus dem Haus zu gehen, um der Isolation entgegenzuwirken, die oft auf die Diagnose einer neurodegenerativen Krankheit folgt.
Die Alzheimer-Krankheit wird gemeinsam angegangen, nicht allein!
