La sessantanovesima edizione dello Spiedo gigante torna anche quest'anno a Pieve di Soligo in piazza Caduti nei Lager, per tre fine settimana ricchi di tradizione e cultura del territorio!
Un evento gastronomico senza precedenti, che permette di gustare la specialità culinaria per eccellenza di questo territorio: lo spiedo d'Alta Marca, a base di quaglie. Oltre allo spiedo, le serate a tema propongono numerose pietanze da leccarsi i baffi: dal menù a base di cinghiale, allo spiedo di galletti, presente anche la serata dedicata agli stinchi di maiale.
I festeggiamenti proseguono ogni sera grazie all'intrattenimento musicale: tante emozioni e divertimento vi aspettano con la musica live. Molte le proposte musicali in programma, dalla musica pop, alla musica rock fino alla musica R&B.
Tra le iniziative collaterali, da non perdere la storica gara di tiro alla fune tra le contrade del paese Trevisan e Contà, arrivata alla sua Quarantaduesima edizione, e la gara degli spiedi: i migliori cuochi si cimenteranno nella cottura di questa pietanza. A chiudere i festeggiamenti, durante l'ultima giornata è prevista l'accensione storica del Sessantanovesimo Spiedo gigante da Guinness dei primati.
The sixty-ninth edition of the Giant Spiedo returns this year to Pieve di Soligo in Piazza Caduti nei Lager, for three weekends rich in tradition and culture of the territory!
An unprecedented gastronomic event, allowing you to taste the culinary specialty par excellence of this territory: the spiedo from Alta Marca, made with quail. In addition to the spiedo, the themed evenings propose numerous mouth-watering dishes: from the menu based on wild boar, to the spiedo of roosters, and there is also a night dedicated to pork shanks.
The celebrations continue every evening thanks to musical entertainment: lots of excitement and fun await you with live music. Many musical proposals are scheduled, from pop music to rock music to R&B music.
Among the collateral initiatives, don't miss the historic tug-of-war competition between the neighborhoods of Trevisan and Contà, now in its forty-second edition, and the spiedo competition: the best chefs will compete in the cooking of this dish. To conclude the celebrations, on the last day the historic lighting of the sixty-ninth Giant Spiedo from the Guinness World Records is planned.
Die neunundsechzigste Ausgabe des Gigantischen Spieße findet auch in diesem Jahr in Pieve di Soligo auf dem Platz Caduti nei Lager statt, für drei Wochenenden voller Tradition und Kultur des Territoriums!
Ein beispielloses gastronomisches Ereignis, das es ermöglicht, die kulinarische Spezialität par excellence dieser Region zu kosten: das Spieß aus Alta Marca, basierend auf Wachteln. Neben dem Spieß bieten die Themenabende zahlreiche köstliche Gerichte: vom Wildschweinenü mit Spieß über den Spieß von Hähnchen bis hin zum Abend, der den Schweinshaxen gewidmet ist.
Die Festlichkeiten setzen sich jeden Abend dank der musikalischen Unterhaltung fort: viele Emotionen und Spaß erwarten Sie mit Live-Musik. Viele musikalische Angebote sind im Programm, von Popmusik über Rockmusik bis hin zu R&B-Musik.
Unter den begleitenden Initiativen sollte man den historischen Tauziehwettbewerb zwischen den Stadtteilen Trevisan und Contà, der seine zweiundvierzigste Ausgabe erreicht hat, und den Spießwettbewerb nicht verpassen: die besten Köche werden sich in der Zubereitung dieses Gerichts messen. Um die Festlichkeiten abzuschließen, ist während des letzten Tages die historische Entzündung des neunundsechzigsten Giant Spieß von Guinness der Rekorde vorgesehen.
