Sebastiano Giordano è uno storico dell’arte e socio della Società Italiana di Storia delle Religioni.
Formatosi presso le Università La Sapienza di Roma e Federico II di Napoli, ha collaborato per circa trent’anni con l’Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei.
Nel corso della sua carriera ha svolto ricerche con importanti studiosi e ha pubblicato articoli su quotidiani e riviste scientifiche, oltre a tenere conferenze e seminari presso prestigiose istituzioni culturali e universitarie italiane.

Sebastiano Giordano is an art historian and a member of the Italian Society of the History of Religions.
Having trained at the La Sapienza University of Rome and Federico II University of Naples, he has collaborated for about thirty years with the National Academy of Lincei.
Throughout his career, he has conducted research with important scholars and published articles in newspapers and scientific journals, in addition to giving lectures and seminars at prestigious cultural and academic institutions in Italy.
His scientific work focuses mainly on iconography, Renaissance art, and religious symbolism, with numerous essays and volumes dedicated to themes related to Michelangelo, Raphael, Giulio Romano, and the Italian artistic tradition.

Sebastiano Giordano ist Kunsthistoriker und Mitglied der italienischen Gesellschaft für Religionsgeschichte.
Ausgebildet an den Universitäten La Sapienza in Rom und Federico II in Neapel, hat er etwa dreißig Jahre mit der Nacionalen Akademie der Lincei zusammengearbeitet.
