Con il mese di agosto, dal 14 al 24, otto date, per la comunità di Salboro ritorna puntuale la Sagra Patronale dell’Assunta, a pochi chilometri dal centro città.
Da ottant’anni la parrocchia di Salboro, con le sue sole forze, organizza una vera sagra tradizionale veneta, il cui punto di forza è la cucina. Piatti della tradizione: baccalà, spezzatino di musso, ottime carni, grandi primi. Per gli amanti dei dolci, la pasticceria è di produzione artigianale. Per tutti, prezzi contenuti e porzioni generose.
Il servizio di asporto, con cassa dedicata prioritaria, è un altro punto di forza, assieme all’efficiente servizio ordini, con tempi di attesa sempre contenuti ed evidente soddisfazione dei nostri clienti. Dopo cena, una bella pesca di beneficenza, un bar esterno curato e fornito, con musica dal vivo e pista d'acciaio, vi aspettano per chiudere la serata in bellezza.

From 14 to 24 August, the community of Salboro, just a few kilometres from the city centre, will once again host the Sagra Patronale dell'Assunta (Feast of the Assumption).
For eighty years, the parish of Salboro has been organising a traditional Venetian festival, whose strong point is its cuisine. Traditional dishes include salt cod, musso stew, excellent meats and great first courses. For those with a sweet tooth, the pastries are homemade.
For everyone, prices are reasonable and portions generous. The takeaway service, with a dedicated priority checkout, is another strong point, together with the efficient ordering service, with short waiting times and obvious customer satisfaction. After dinner, a nice charity raffle, a well-kept and well-stocked outdoor bar with live music and a dance floor await you to end the evening on a high note.

Seit achtzig Jahren organisiert die Pfarrei Salboro mit eigenen Kräften ein echtes traditionelles venetisches Fest, dessen Stärke die Küche ist. Gerichte der Tradition: Stockfisch, Hammelgulasch, beste Fleischsorten, große Vorspeisen. Für Liebhaber von Süßigkeiten ist die Patisserie handwerklich hergestellt. Für alle, günstige Preise und großzügige Portionen.
