Con il titolo Hymnus, dal 9 settembre al 2 ottobre 2026 si terrà la decima edizione di In Principio, la rassegna dell'Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto dedicata alla musica sacra. Il cartellone 2026 presenta quattro appuntamenti dedicati a repertori appartenenti a periodi e stili differenti, che dalla musica barocca si estendono fino ai giorni nostri, nel quadro di un approfondimento musicale ispirato a particolari temi della fede cristiana.
In Principio è promosso in collaborazione con l'Ufficio per la Liturgia della Diocesi di Padova e le parrocchie del Centro storico, con il Patrocinio del Comune di Padova, della Provincia di Padova, la media partnership del settimanale diocesano La Difesa del popolo, e con il sostegno della Fondazione Cariparo, della Regione Veneto e del Ministero della Cultura.
La X edizione di In Principio giungerà a conclusione con un evento speciale ideato per celebrare gli 800 anni dalla morte di San Francesco, nella Chiesa che porta il nome del Santo, e con un programma a tema.
Tutti gli appuntamenti di In Principio sono a ingresso libero e gratuito fino ad esaurimento dei posti disponibili.
With the title Hymnus, from September 9 to October 2 2026, the tenth edition of In Principio, the festival of the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto dedicated to sacred music will take place. The 2026 program features four events dedicated to repertoires belonging to different periods and styles, ranging from Baroque music to the present day, in the context of a musical deepening inspired by specific themes of the Christian faith.
In Principio is promoted in collaboration with the Office for Liturgy of the Diocese of Padua and the parishes of the historic center, with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Padua, the Province of Padua, the media partnership of the diocesan weekly La Difesa del popolo, and with the support of the Cariparo Foundation, the Veneto Region, and the Ministry of Culture.
The X edition of In Principio will conclude with a special event designed to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the death of Saint Francis, in the Church named after the Saint, with a themed program.
All events of In Principio are free of charge until the available seats are exhausted.
Unter dem Titel Hymnus, vom 9. September bis 2. Oktober 2026 findet die zehnte Ausgabe von In Principio statt, der Reihe des Orchesters von Padua und Venetien, die der sakralen Musik gewidmet ist. Das Programm 2026 bietet vier Veranstaltungen , die unterschiedlichen Perioden und Stilen angehörende Repertoires gewidmet sind, die von barocker Musik bis zur Gegenwart reichen, im Rahmen einer musikalischen Vertiefung inspiriert von speziellen Themen des christlichen Glaubens.
In Principio wird in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Amt für Liturgie der Diözese Padua und den Pfarrgemeinden des historischen Zentrums, mit der Schirmherrschaft der Gemeinde Padua, der Provinz Padua, der Medienpartnerschaft der Diözesanzeitung La Difesa del popolo, und mit der Unterstützung der Fondazione Cariparo, der Region Venetien und des Ministeriums für Kultur gefördert.
Die X. Ausgabe von In Principio wird mit einer speziellen Veranstaltung abgeschlossen, die zu Ehren des 800. Todestages des Heiligen Franziskus in der Kirche, die den Namen des Heiligen trägt, und mit einem thematischen Programm gestaltet wird.
Alle Veranstaltungen von In Principio sind kostenlos und frei zugänglich, solange Sitzplätze verfügbar sind..
