In 2026, Italy celebrates its patron saint, “the most Italian of saints”: Saint Francis, who died 800 years ago. Aldo Cazzullo and Angelo Branduardi tell the story of the saint, or rather the stories.
Through words, music, and images, the figure of a wonderful saint returns and a precious piece of Italian identity is reconstructed.

Durch Worte, Musik, Bilder kehrt die Figur eines wunderbaren Heiligen zurück und ein wertvoller Teil der italienischen Identität wird wiederhergestellt.
