Un appuntamento dedicato a due capolavori della musica: la Serenata per archi in do maggiore di Tchaikovsky – composizione dove dominano una grazia ed un senso di serenità raramente riscontrabili in altre opere del maestro russo – e la Sinfonia n. 40 in sol minore K. 550 di Mozart, una delle pagine più intense e celebri del classicismo viennese.

Fondata nell’ottobre 1966, in quasi 60 anni di attività l’Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto si è affermata come una delle principali orchestre italiane. Unica Istituzione Concertistico-Orchestrale attiva in Veneto, OPV realizza circa 130 tra concerti e opere liriche ogni anno, con una propria Stagione a Padova, concerti in Regione e per le più importanti Società di concerti e Festival in Italia e all’estero.

An event dedicated to two musical masterpieces: Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings in C major – a composition dominated by a grace and sense of serenity rarely found in other works by the Russian maestro – and Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550, one of the most intense and famous pieces of Viennese classicism.

Founded in October 1966, in almost 60 years of activity, the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto has established itself as one of Italy's leading orchestras. The only concert and orchestral institution active in the Veneto region, the OPV performs around 130 concerts and operas each year, with its own season in Padua, concerts in the region and for the most important concert societies and festivals in Italy and abroad.

Ein Termin, der zwei Meisterwerke der Musik gewidmet ist: die Serenade für Streicher in C-Dur von Tschaikowsky – eine Komposition, in der eine Anmut und eine seltene Gelassenheit dominieren, die man in anderen Werken des russischen Meisters selten findet – und die Sinfonie Nr. 40 in g-Moll K. 550 von Mozart, eine der intensivsten und berühmtesten Seiten des W Viennese Klassizismus.

Gegründet im Oktober 1966, hat sich die Orchester von Padua und Venetien in fast 60 Jahren Tätigkeit als eines der führenden italienischen Orchester etabliert. Als einzige konzertante und orchestrale Institution, die in Venetien aktiv ist, realisiert die OPV jährlich ca. 130 Konzerte und Opernaufführungen, mit einer eigenen Saison in Padua, Konzerten in der Region und für die wichtigsten Konzertgesellschaften und Festivals in Italien und im Ausland.
