Masterclass di degustazione a cura di LILIANA SAVIOLI
Il Refosco non è solo un vino, ma bensì una famiglia: antica, rustica e allo stesso tempo sorprendentemente elegante, capace di raccontare il carattere di chi lo coltiva e del luogo in cui nasce.
Da un lato il Friuli-Venezia Giulia, dall’altro la Slovenia. In comune c'è un tratto identitario forte: colore intenso, alte acidità, grande versatilità con il cibo e una forte personalità in grado di farsi ricordare.
La relatrice: Liliana Savioli, giornalista, sommelier, esperta degustatrice internazionale, docente e Cavaliere della Vitovska.
La degustazione sarà accompagnata da un tagliere di salumi e formaggi selezionati da Claudia Fioraso, chef di Barco Teatro.
