Domenica 3 maggio, alle ore 17, alla Chiesa di S. Antonio Abate presso il Collegio Mazza, il concerto dell'organista Ismaele Gatti conclude il ciclo di quattro appuntamenti dal tema Viaggio in Italia.
Arte e memorie dall'Italia nella musica dell'Ottocento, organizzato dagli Amici della Musica di Padova in collaborazione con l'Istituto di Cultura Italo-Tedesco. Il programma di questo concerto rende omaggio al passaggio nella nostra città di Schumann e Brahms, in anni diversi. Il programma del concerto lo ricorda sia con la scelta di alcuni suoi Preludi-Corali op. 122, che con brani organistici di Bach, che Brahms imparò ad amare proprio grazie all’influenza di Robert e Clara Schumann.
Ismaele Gatti svolge un'intensa attività concertistica, che lo ha portato ad esibirsi in numerose occasioni al pianoforte, all'organo e al clavicembalo e anche come direttore, in Italia e all'estero. Accanto all'attività esecutiva, affianca un lavoro di ricerca e trascrizione che mira a ampliare le possibilità espressive dell'organo.
Il concerto, organizzato con la collaborazione di Collegio Mazza, è ad ingresso libero.

Sunday, May 3rd, at 5 PM, at the Church of S. Antonio Abate at the Collegio Mazza, the concert by organist Ismaele Gatti concludes the series of four appointments titled Journey in Italy.
Arts and memories from Italy in the music of the 19th century, organized by the Friends of Music of Padua in collaboration with the Italo-German Cultural Institute. The program of this concert pays homage to the passage of Schumann and Brahms through our city in different years. The concert program recalls them both with the choice of some of his Preludes-Chorals op. 122, and with organ pieces by Bach, which Brahms came to love precisely thanks to the influence of Robert and Clara Schumann.
Ismaele Gatti engages in an intense concert activity, which has led him to perform on numerous occasions on the piano, organ, and harpsichord, as well as being a conductor, in Italy and abroad. Alongside his performing activity, he also pursues research and transcription work aimed at expanding the expressive possibilities of the organ.
The concert, organized with the collaboration of Collegio Mazza, is free admission.

Sonntag, 3. Mai, um 17 Uhr, in der Kirche S. Antonio Abate beim Collegio Mazza, das Konzert des Organisten Ismaele Gatti schließt den Zyklus von vier Veranstaltungen mit dem Thema Reise in Italien ab.
Kunst und Erinnerungen aus Italien in der Musik des 19. Jahrhunderts, organisiert von den Freunden der Musik von Padua in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Italienisch-Deutschen Kulturinstitut. Das Programm dieses Konzerts ehrt den Aufenthalt von Schumann und Brahms in unserer Stadt in verschiedenen Jahren. Das Programm des Konzerts erinnert daran, sowohl durch die Auswahl einiger seiner Präludien-Choral op. 122, als auch durch orgelmäßige Stücke von Bach, die Brahms gerade durch den Einfluss von Robert und Clara Schumann lieben lernte.
Ismaele Gatti ist als Konzertpianist und -organist sowie als Dirigent in Italien und im Ausland intensiv tätig. Neben der Aufführungstätigkeit widmet er sich einer Forschungs- und Transkriptionsarbeit, die darauf abzielt, die Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten der Orgel zu erweitern.
Das Konzert, organisiert in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Collegio Mazza, ist freier Eintritt.
