Giornata Europea della Musica Antica
Andres Staier, recentissima (giugno 2024) Medaglia Bach della città di Lipsia – un riconoscimento che premia le sue eccezionali interpretazioni dell’opera di Bach e il suo impegno a conservarne l’eredità, (nell’albo d’oro del premio, che viene assegnato ogni anno dal 2003, troviamo Leonhardt, Gardiner, Koopman, Harnoncourt, Herrewege, Goebel, Schiff) – ritorna a Padova in un programma programma franco-tedesco con opere della fine del ‘600 e dell’inizio ‘700 secolo, e con la Partita n. 4 di Bach a conclusione del programma. Staier è uno dei clavicembalisti storici: illumina la struttura musicale dei brani che approfondisce e si immerge profondamente in queste opere creando così esperienze di ascolto sorprendenti. Andreas Staier è presente a Padova, nelle nostre stagioni, fin dal gennaio 1984 quando partecipò come clavicembalista del gruppo Musica Antiqua Köln.

European Day of Early Music
Andres Staier, recently (June 2024) awarded the Bach Medal of the city of Leipzig – a recognition that rewards his exceptional interpretations of Bach's work and his commitment to preserving his legacy, (in the roll of honor of the prize, which has been awarded every year since 2003, we find Leonhardt, Gardiner, Koopman, Harnoncourt, Herrewege, Goebel, Schiff) – returns to Padua in a Franco-German program with works from the late 17th and early 18th centuries, and with Bach's Partita no. 4 to conclude the program. Staier is one of the historic harpsichordists: he illuminates the musical structure of the pieces he explores and immerses himself deeply in these works, thus creating surprising listening experiences. Andreas Staier has been present in Padua, in our seasons, since January 1984 when he participated as a harpsichordist of the Musica Antiqua Köln group.
