Alla scoperta del rione di Ponte di Brenta: dalla Chiesa di San Marco a Villa Breda

Padovanità propone questa passeggiata alla scoperta di uno degli storici quartieri all'esterno delle mura di Padova: il rione di Ponte di Brenta.
Un itinerario storico-antropologico, fatto di racconti, testimonianze, aneddoti e curiosità, sull'evoluzione del quartiere nel tempo e sulla sua storia: dalle origini medievali ai fasti ottocenteschi.
Si visiterà l'antica chiesa di San Marco, le cui origini dovrebbero risalire all'epoca della formazione del borgo, addirittura nel basso medioevo.
Un excursus storico sulla figura di Vincenzo Stefano Breda, personaggio che ha creato un legame indissolubile con lo storico rione di Ponte di Brenta.
Si visiterà poi l'incantevole Villa Breda e il suo parco: luogo che era diventato porta cittadina per chi proveniva dal veneziano.
Ritrovo ore 16.30 in piazzale Barbato (si consigliano calzature comode)
Durata della visita (indicativa) 2 ore circa
E' richiesto un contributo per partecipante di € 12 (per i tesserati € 10), per i bambini fino a 12 anni la visita è di soli € 6.

Padovanità proposes this walk to discover one of the historic neighborhoods outside the walls of Padua: the Ponte di Brenta district.
A historical-anthropological itinerary, made up of stories, testimonies, anecdotes, and curiosities about the evolution of the neighborhood over time and its history: from medieval origins to the splendor of the 19th century.
You will visit the ancient Church of San Marco, whose origins date back to the formation of the village, even in the late Middle Ages.
A historical overview of Vincenzo Stefano Breda, a figure who created an unbreakable bond with the historic district of Ponte di Brenta.
Then we will visit the enchanting Villa Breda and its park: a place that became a city gate for those coming from the Venetian area.
Meeting at 4:30 p.m. in piazzale Barbato (comfortable shoes are recommended)
Duration of the visit (approximate) 2 hours
A contribution of € 12 is required per participant (€ 10 for members), and for children up to 12 years old, the visit is only € 6.

Entdeckung des Stadtteils Ponte di Brenta: von der Kirche San Marco zur Villa Breda

Padovanità bietet diesen Spaziergang an, um einen der historischen Stadtteile außerhalb der Mauern von Padua zu entdecken: den Stadtteil Ponte di Brenta.
Eine historische-anthropologische Route, bestehend aus Erzählungen, Zeugnissen, Anekdoten und Kuriositäten über die Entwicklung des Stadtteils im Laufe der Zeit und seiner Geschichte: von den mittelalterlichen Ursprüngen bis zu den glanzvollen Zeiten des 19. Jahrhunderts.
Wir werden die alte Kirche San Marco besuchen, deren Ursprünge vermutlich bis zur Gründung des Dorfes im späten Mittelalter zurückreichen.
Ein historischer Exkurs über die Figur von Vincenzo Stefano Breda, eine Person, die eine untrennbare Verbindung zum historischen Stadtteil Ponte di Brenta geschaffen hat.
Wir werden dann die charmante Villa Breda und ihren Park besuchen: ein Ort, der zur Stadttür für diejenigen geworden war, die aus Venedig kamen.
Treffpunkt um 16.30 Uhr auf dem Piazzale Barbato (bequeme Schuhe werden empfohlen)
Dauer der Besichtigung (ungefähr) 2 Stunden
Ein Beitrag von € 12 pro Teilnehmer wird erbeten (für Mitglieder € 10), für Kinder bis 12 Jahre kostet die Besichtigung nur € 6.
