Padovanità durante queste imminenti festività natalizie Vi propone questa interessante visita ad uno dei luoghi che rappresenta il cuore della chiesa patavina: il Palazzo Vescovile e il Museo Diocesano.
Avremo modo di rimanere estasiati dalle spiegazioni della nostra guida attraverso un vero e proprio viaggio nel tempo che faremo man mano all'interno del percorso museale. Le origini del Palazzo risalgono all’anno 1309, quando il complesso preesistente venne dotato di un’ampia aula di rappresentanza, il Salone. Nel XV secolo l'edificio medievale venne trasformato in una magnifica residenza rinascimentale: responsabile della straordinaria decorazione del Salone fu il vescovo Pietro Barozzi, colto umanista e attento pastore della sua diocesi. Egli commissionò al vicentino Bartolomeo Montagna i ritratti dei primi cento vescovi di Padova.
All’interno di questo straordinario contesto architettonico le sale espositive raccolgono opere di pittura, scultura, oreficeria, arte tessile provenienti dal Tesoro della Cattedrale e dalle parrocchie della Diocesi, a testimoniare il felice connubio tra espressione artistica, saperi artigiani ed esperienza di fede nel corso dei secoli.
E' previsto un unico turno di visita con inizio alle ore 15:00 della durata (indicativa ) 1 ora e 20 minuti circa
E' richiesto un contributo per partecipante di € 14 (per i tesserati € 12), per i bambini fino ai 12 anni di € 8

During this upcoming Christmas holiday, Padovanità offers you this interesting visit to one of the places that represents the heart of the Paduan church: the Bishop's Palace and the Diocesan Museum.
We will have the opportunity to be enchanted by the explanations of our guide through a true journey through time as we explore the museum path. The origins of the Palace date back to 1309, when the pre-existing complex was equipped with a large representative hall, the Hall. In the 15th century, the medieval building was transformed into a magnificent Renaissance residence: the extraordinary decoration of the Hall was commissioned by Bishop Pietro Barozzi, an erudite humanist and attentive shepherd of his diocese. He commissioned Vicentine Bartolomeo Montagna to create the portraits of the first hundred bishops of Padua.
Within this extraordinary architectural context, the exhibition rooms gather works of painting, sculpture, goldsmithing, and textile art from the Cathedral's Treasure and the parishes of the Diocese, testifying to the happy union between artistic expression, artisanal knowledge, and faith experience over the centuries.
A single visit shift is scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, lasting approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
A contribution of €14 per participant is required (€12 for members), and €8 for children up to 12 years old.

Padovanità während dieser bevorstehenden Feiertage lädt Sie zu einem interessanten Besuch an einen der Orte ein, der das Herz der Paduaer Kirche darstellt: den Bischofspalast und das Diözesanmuseum.
Wir werden die Gelegenheit haben, von den Erklärungen unserer Führung begeistert zu sein, während wir eine echte Zeitreise im Rahmen des Museumsparcours unternehmen. Die Ursprünge des Palastes reichen bis ins Jahr 1309 zurück, als der bestehende Komplex mit einem großen Veranstaltungssaal, dem Salon, ausgestattet wurde. Im 15. Jahrhundert wurde das mittelalterliche Gebäude in eine prächtige Renaissance-Residenz umgewandelt: Verantwortlich für die außergewöhnliche Dekoration des Salons war der Bischof Pietro Barozzi, ein gebildeter Humanist und aufmerksamer Hirte seiner Diözese. Er beauftragte den Vicentiner Bartolomeo Montagna mit den Porträts der ersten hundert Bischöfe von Padua.
In diesem außergewöhnlichen architektonischen Kontext sammeln die Ausstellungsräume Werke der Malerei, Skulptur, Goldschmiedekunst und textilen Kunst aus dem Schatz der Kathedrale und den Gemeinden der Diözese, die das glückliche Zusammenspiel von künstlerischem Ausdruck, handwerklichem Wissen und Glaubenserfahrung im Laufe der Jahrhunderte bezeugen.
Es ist eine einzige Besuchszeit um 15:00 Uhr mit einer (ungefähren) Dauer von etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten vorgesehen.
Ein Beitrag von 14 € pro Teilnehmer wird erhoben (für Mitglieder 12 €), für Kinder bis 12 Jahre 8 €.
