Sabato 18 luglio torna il vino Raboso protagonista in Piazza Grande!
La seconda giornata celebrerà le eccellenze vinicole e culinarie del territorio con l'evento 'Raboso in Piazza Grande', curato dal Consorzio Pro Loco Opitergino-Mottense in collaborazione con il Comune.
Piazza Grande si trasformerà in una vetrina del gusto grazie ai gazebo allestiti da 10 Pro Loco locali.
Il programma della serata:
ore 19:00: Apertura ufficiale degli stand enogastronomici.
Ore 19:30: Inaugurazione ufficiale dell'8^ edizione di "Raboso in Piazza Grande"
padiglione coperto.
Ore 20:00: la Confraternita del Raboso Piave presenta il libro Vini armeni di Manuela Da Cortà ed Enrico Dal Bianco. All'incontro parteciperà anche Baykar Sivazliyan, Presidente dell'Unione Armeni.
Ore 21:00: Show cooking a cura dello chef Angelo Silvestrini (Ristorante Pizzeria Nuovo Ronche di Piavon di Oderzo). Il menù prevede tre proposte esclusive: un'entrée con focaccia di grano duro, la speciale pizza al 'Raboso del Sindaco' e una pizza dessert.
Ore 22:00: il Consorzio Vini Venezia presenterà la degustazione guidata Dialoghi di vigna: Raboso e vitigni autoctoni del Veneto Orientale' a cura della docente FISAR Nadia Salvador.
Alle ore 24.00 chiusura manifestazione.
La manifestazione rientra tra gli eventi collaterali della rassegna FIERE DELLA MADDALENA.
On Saturday, July 18, the Raboso wine returns as the protagonist in Piazza Grande!
The second day will celebrate the wine and culinary excellence of the area with the event 'Raboso in Piazza Grande', organized by the Pro Loco Opitergino-Mottense Consortium in collaboration with the Municipality.
Piazza Grande will be transformed into a showcase of taste thanks to the gazebos set up by 10 local Pro Loco.
The evening program:
at 7:00 p.m.: Official opening of the food and wine stands.
At 7:30 p.m.: Official inauguration of the 8th edition of "Raboso in Piazza Grande"
covered pavilion.
At 8:00 p.m.: The Confraternity of Raboso Piave presents the book Armenian Wines by Manuela Da Cortà and Enrico Dal Bianco. The meeting will also be attended by Baykar Sivazliyan, President of the Armenian Union.
At 9:00 p.m.: Show cooking by chef Angelo Silvestrini (Ristorante Pizzeria Nuovo Ronche di Piavon di Oderzo). The menu includes three exclusive proposals: an entrée with durum wheat focaccia, the special 'Raboso del Sindaco' pizza, and a dessert pizza.
At 10:00 p.m.: The Consorzio Vini Venezia will present the guided tasting Dialogues from the Vineyard: Raboso and native grape varieties of Eastern Veneto' led by FISAR instructor Nadia Salvador.
At midnight, the event will close.
The event is part of the collateral events of the FIERE DELLA MADDALENA showcase.
Am Samstag, den 18. Juli, kehrt der Raboso-Wein in die Piazza Grande zurück!
Der zweite Tag feiert die Weine und kulinarischen Exzellenzen der Region mit der Veranstaltung 'Raboso in Piazza Grande', organisiert vom Consorzio Pro Loco Opitergino-Mottense in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde.
Die Piazza Grande wird sich dank der von 10 lokalen Pro Loco eingerichteten Ständen in ein Schaufenster des Geschmacks verwandeln.
Das Programm des Abends:
19:00 Uhr: Offizielle Eröffnung der gastronomischen Stände.
19:30 Uhr: Offizielle Eröffnung der 8. Auflage von "Raboso in Piazza Grande"
überdachter Pavillon.
20:00 Uhr: Die Bruderschaft des Raboso Piave präsentiert das Buch Vini armeni von Manuela Da Cortà und Enrico Dal Bianco. An dem Treffen wird auch Baykar Sivazliyan, Präsident der Armenischen Union, teilnehmen.
21:00 Uhr: Show Cooking mit dem Koch Angelo Silvestrini (Ristorante Pizzeria Nuovo Ronche in Piavon di Oderzo). Das Menü beinhaltet drei exklusive Vorschläge: einen Eingang mit Hartweizen-Focaccia, die spezielle Pizza 'Raboso del Sindaco' und eine Dessert-Pizza.
22:00 Uhr: Das Consorzio Vini Venezia präsentiert die geführte Verkostung Dialoghi di vigna: Raboso und autochthone Rebsorten des östlichen Venetos, geleitet von der Dozentin FISAR Nadia Salvador.
Um 24:00 Uhr Schließung der Veranstaltung.
Die Veranstaltung gehört zu den Begleitveranstaltungen der Reihe FIERE DELLA MADDALENA.
