I cugini Moira e Paul entrano di nascosto a casa del Signor James, un vecchio burbero e incattivito, per cercare la palla dell’amico Tommy e vengono sorpresi. La bambina riesce a convincerlo a lasciare loro del tempo per trovarla e mentre rovistano in giro ecco apparire una sagoma che ricorda quella del famoso Peter Pan e il libro delle avventure dell’isola che non c’è. A Paul viene quindi un dubbio: e se in realtà il signor James fosse proprio Peter Pan?

Cousins Moira and Paul sneak into the home of Mr. James, a grumpy and embittered old man, to search for their friend Tommy's ball and get caught. The girl manages to convince him to give them time to find it, and while they rummage around, a figure resembling the famous Peter Pan appears along with the book of adventures of the Neverland. Paul then has a doubt: what if Mr. James is actually Peter Pan?

Die Cousins Moira und Paul schlüpfen heimlich ins Haus des Herrn James, eines alten grimmigen Mannes, um den Ball des Freundes Tommy zu suchen, und werden überrascht. Das Mädchen schafft es, ihn zu überzeugen, ihnen Zeit zu lassen, um ihn zu finden, und während sie herumwühlen, erscheint eine Gestalt, die an den berühmten Peter Pan erinnert und das Buch der Abenteuer von der Nimmerland. Paul kommt also ein Zweifel: Was, wenn Herr James tatsächlich Peter Pan wäre?
