Torna nel Comune di Negrar il Palio del Recioto e dell'Amarone, la tradizionale manifestazione dedicata agli amanti del vino Recioto.
Anche quest'anno le cantine si sfidano in una competizione volta a premiare il Recioto migliore. Questo vino, prodotto con le uve raccolte nell'ultima vendemmia, è spesso ottenuto con la fermentazione ancora incompleta e viene imbottigliato appositamente per il Palio del Recioto.
L'evento darà spazio, oltre che al concorso enologico, anche a degustazioni di vini e ad eventi culturali, artistici e musicali. Sarà possibile passeggiare per le vie che si snodano dal centro del paese, per fermarsi poi a degustare i vini della Valpolicella nei chioschi che si incontrano nel proprio percorso. Lasciatevi incantare dai sapori della Valpolicella e dedicate un minuto anche ad osservare i particolari prodotti artigianali del mercatino allestito per l'occasione
Ogni edizione di questa festa è significativa per le aziende vinicole del territori e per gli appasionati visitatori, e rappresenta un evento irrinunciabile in quanto espressione delle più antiche tradizioni della Valpolicella.
Like every year, it is finally the time for the traditional event of the Palio of Recioto and Amarone to take place.
Valpolicella wineries will challenge each other in a contest to determine the best Recioto wine of the year. The wine in question is obtained from grapes of the latest harvest and it is bottled only for the Palio occurrence. This particular Recioto is the offspring of the Palio's traditional competition and it may only be tasted in this circumstance, to try it it's an unmissable opportunity!
The event wil transpire from the 10th of September until the 12th of September 2021. The king of the festivities will certainly be the wine, thanks to the wine competition and the wine tasting which will occur throughout the town's streets, but it will not be the only host to the party. Art and Music will also be entertaing the lucky participants to the manifestation!
This annual event is incredibly important for the wineries and the many visitors which always attend to it. We can say without a doubt that the Palio is a meaningful expression, perhaps even a milestone of the Valpolicella traditions.
