Domenica 6 Settembre 2026 a Negrar di Valpolicella si terrà la Magnalonga Settembrina, passeggiata enogastronomica “quattro passi fra i colori dei vigneti ed i sapori delle cantine nei sentieri Salgariani. Si potranno assaggiare i piatti tipici della cucina Veronese il tutto accompagnato dagli ottimi vini della Valpolicella dal Valpolicella Classico, al Superiore, all’I.G.T, al Ripasso, all’Amarone e per concludere con il Recioto. Un particolare riguardo è rivolto agli amici celiaci, per i quali abbiamo predisposto un menù dedicato.
On Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Negrar di Valpolicella, the Magnalonga Settembrina will take place, a food and wine walk “four steps among the colors of the vineyards and the flavors of the wineries on the Salgariani paths.” You will be able to taste the typical dishes of Veronese cuisine, all accompanied by the excellent wines of Valpolicella, from Valpolicella Classico, to Superiore, to I.G.T., to Ripasso, to Amarone, and concluding with Recioto. September 2026, findet in Negrar di Valpolicella die Magnalonga Settembrina statt, eine genussvolle Wanderung „vier Schritte zwischen den Farben der Weinberge und den Aromen der Weinkeller auf den Salgariani-Wegen“. Es werden typische Gerichte der Veroneser Küche angeboten, alles begleitet von den hervorragenden Weinen der Valpolicella, vom Valpolicella Classico über den Superiore, das I.G.T., den Ripasso bis zum Amarone, zum Schluss mit dem Recioto. Ein besonderer Augenmerk gilt unseren glutenfreien Freunden, für die wir ein spezielles Menü vorbereitet haben.
