In occasione della Festa Patronale dei Santi Benigno e Caro, Malcesine rinnova uno degli appuntamenti più sentiti e significativi dell'anno, un momento in cui tradizione, fede e convivialità si intrecciano coinvolgendo tutta la comunità e gli ospiti del paese.
Le celebrazioni prenderanno il via sabato 25 luglio: alle ore 20.00, al termine dei solenni Vespri in onore dei Santi Benigno e Caro, si svolgerà la tradizionale processione con le statue dei Patroni attraverso le vie del centro storico fino al Castello. Seguiranno la Santa Messa e la benedizione al Paese con le reliquie dei Santi.
Domenica 26 luglio, giornata della festa patronale, il cuore della manifestazione sarà l'Area Ex Fraglia, in Viale Roma, dove dalle ore 19.00 saranno aperti gli stand gastronomici con specialità locali. La serata proseguirà alle ore 21.00 con il concerto sul Veliero Circe: il gruppo Funky Gallo porterà in scena uno spettacolare tributo a Zucchero. Gran finale alle ore 23.00 con il tradizionale spettacolo pirotecnico sul Lago di Garda, uno dei momenti più attesi della festa.
Le celebrazioni si concluderanno lunedì 27 luglio con il tradizionale pellegrinaggio all'Eremo dei Santi Benigno e Caro. Alle ore 11.00 sarà celebrata la Santa Messa, seguita da un momento di fraternità. In serata, alle ore 20.45, nella Chiesa di Santo Stefano, si terrà il Concerto in onore dei Santi Patroni.
Tre giornate dedicate alla fede, alla tradizione e alla condivisione, che ogni anno rendono la Festa Patronale dei Santi Benigno e Caro un appuntamento speciale per tutta la comunità e per i visitatori di Malcesine.
On the occasion of the Feast of Saints Benigno and Caro, Malcesine renews one of the most heartfelt and significant events of the year, a moment where tradition, faith, and conviviality intertwine, involving the whole community and the guests of the town.
The celebrations will begin on Saturday, July 25: at 8.00 p.m., after the solemn Vespers in honor of Saints Benigno and Caro, the traditional procession with the statues of the Patrons will take place through the streets of the historic center to the Castle. This will be followed by the Holy Mass and the blessing of the town with the relics of the Saints.
Sunday, July 26, the day of the patronal feast, the heart of the event will be the Ex Fraglia Area, in Viale Roma, where from 7.00 p.m. the food stalls featuring local specialties will open. The evening will continue at 9.00 p.m. with the concert on the Sailing Ship Circe: the group Funky Gallo will present a spectacular tribute to Zucchero. The grand finale will be at 11.00 p.m. with the traditional fireworks show over Lake Garda, one of the most awaited moments of the feast.
The celebrations will conclude on Monday, July 27 with the traditional pilgrimage to the Hermitage of Saints Benigno and Caro. At 11.00 a.m., the Holy Mass will be celebrated, followed by a moment of fellowship. In the evening, at 8.45 p.m., in the Church of Santo Stefano, a concert in honor of the Patron Saints will take place.
Three days dedicated to faith, tradition, and sharing, which every year make the Feast of Saints Benigno and Caro a special occasion for the whole community and for the visitors of Malcesine.
Anlässlich des Patronatsfestes der Heiligen Benigno und Caro erneuert Malcesine eines der tiefsten und bedeutendsten Ereignisse des Jahres, einen Moment, in dem Tradition, Glauben und Geselligkeit miteinander verwoben werden und die gesamte Gemeinschaft sowie die Gäste des Dorfes einbeziehen.
Die Feierlichkeiten beginnen am Samstag, den 25. Juli: um 20.00 Uhr, nach den feierlichen Vespern zu Ehren der Heiligen Benigno und Caro, findet der traditionelle Umzug mit den Statuen der Patrone durch die Straßen der Altstadt bis zur Burg statt. Es folgen die Heilige Messe und der Segen für das Land mit den Reliquien der Heiligen.
Am Sonntag, den 26. Juli, dem Tag des Patronatsfestes, wird das Herz der Veranstaltung die Area Ex Fraglia in Viale Roma sein, wo ab 19.00 Uhr die gastronomischen Stände mit lokalen Spezialitäten geöffnet sind. Der Abend wird um 21.00 Uhr mit dem Konzert auf dem Segelschiff Circe fortgesetzt: die Gruppe Funky Gallo wird eine spektakuläre Hommage an Zucchero bringen. Das große Finale findet um 23.00 Uhr mit dem traditionellen Feuerwerk über dem Gardasee statt, einem der am meisten erwarteten Momente des Festes.
Die Feierlichkeiten enden am Montag, den 27. Juli mit dem traditionellen Pilgergang zur Eremitage der Heiligen Benigno und Caro. Um 11.00 Uhr wird die Heilige Messe gefeiert, gefolgt von einem Moment der Brüderlichkeit. Am Abend, um 20.45 Uhr, findet in der Kirche Santo Stefano das Konzert zu Ehren der Heiligen Patrone statt.
Drei Tage, die dem Glauben, der Tradition und der Gemeinschaft gewidmet sind, die jedes Jahr das Patronatsfest der Heiligen Benigno und Caro zu einem besonderen Ereignis für die gesamte Gemeinschaft und die Besucher von Malcesine machen.
