Cosa sono le Bisse?
si tratta di tipiche imbarcazioni gardesane, utilizzate nella voga in piedi o voga alla veneta (una tecnica particolare nella quale un solo rematore può essere sufficiente a far avanzare l'imbarcazione)
Sono lunghe circa 10,5 metri, hanno un fondo piatto e dispongono di 4 scalmi (denominati "forcole"), uno per ciascuno dei rematori in piedi (vogata di punta). L'assenza di una chiglia, oltre a consentire una notevole maneggevolezza, conferisce anche maggiore stabilità al mezzo. Da secoli è una tradizionale imbarcazione da pesca e da competizione nei paesi che si affacciano sul Lago di Garda.

What are the Bisse?
They are typical boats from Lake Garda, used for standing rowing or Venetian rowing (a particular technique in which a single rower can be enough to move the boat)
They are about 10.5 meters long, have a flat bottom, and have 4 rowlocks (called "forcole"), one for each of the standing rowers (point rowing). The absence of a keel, in addition to allowing for considerable maneuverability, also gives greater stability to the vessel. For centuries, it has been a traditional fishing and competition boat in the countries overlooking Lake Garda.

Was sind die Bisse?
Es handelt sich um typische Boote vom Gardasee, die beim Stehenrudern oder im venezianischen Stil (eine spezielle Technik, bei der ein einzelner Ruderer ausreicht, um das Boot voranzubringen) verwendet werden.
Sie sind etwa 10,5 Meter lang, haben einen flachen Boden und verfügen über 4 Riemen (sogenannte "forcole"), einen für jeden stehenden Ruderer (Spitzrudern). Das Fehlen eines Kiels ermöglicht eine bemerkenswerte Wendigkeit und verleiht dem Boot auch zusätzliche Stabilität. Seit Jahrhunderten ist es ein traditionelles Fischerei- und Wettkampfschiff in den Ländern am Ufer des Gardasees.
