Nella stagione del risveglio e della rinascita della natura, prende il via la rassegna gastronomica "A tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co." giunta alla sua diciottesima edizione!
Il tarassaco, tra le erbe spontanee più apprezzate e utilizzate in cucina, è un prodotto tutto da assaggiare, proposto dall’antipasto al dessert, come stuzzicheria da aperitivo e persino nei dolci. Il ricco programma della rassegna prevede, nei mesi di marzo, aprile e maggio, aperitivi, pranzi e serate gastronomiche, degustazioni, dolci e preparazioni al tarassaco. Il programma culinario si arricchisce di altri eventi quali passeggiate, mercatini, incontri culturali, mostre di pittura, letture e laboratori creativi.

La rassegna è organizzata dai Ristoratori Lusiana Conco in collaborazione con il Comune di Lusiana Conco, Ristoratori di Vicenza, Confcommercio Vicenza, Pro Loco di Lusiana Conco e con il contributo della Camera di Commercio di Vicenza.
In the season of awakening and rebirth of nature, the gastronomic review "At the Table with the Dandelion of Conco De.Co." kicks off for its eighteenth edition! The dandelion, among the most appreciated and used wild herbs in the kitchen, is a product to be savored, offered from appetizers to desserts, as snacks for aperitifs and even in sweets. The rich program of the review includes, in the months of March, April, and May, aperitifs, lunches, and gastronomic evenings, tastings, sweets, and dandelion preparations. The culinary program is enriched with other events such as walks, markets, cultural meetings, painting exhibitions, readings, and creative workshops. The review is organized by Ristoratori Lusiana Conco in collaboration with the Municipality of Lusiana Conco, Restaurateurs of Vicenza, Confcommercio Vicenza, Pro Loco of Lusiana Conco, and with the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza.
In der Saison des Erwachens und der Wiedergeburt der Natur beginnt die gastronomische Veranstaltung "Am Tisch mit dem Löwenzahn von Conco De.Co.", die nun in die achtzehnte Auflage geht! Der Löwenzahn, eines der beliebtesten und in der Küche am häufigsten verwendeten Wildkräuter, ist ein Produkt, das es wert ist, probiert zu werden, und wird von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert, als Snack zum Aperitif und sogar in Süßspeisen angeboten. Das umfangreiche Programm der Veranstaltung umfasst in den Monaten März, April und Mai Aperitifs, Mittagessen und gastronomische Abende, Verkostungen, Süßspeisen und Zubereitungen mit Löwenzahn. Das kulinarische Programm wird durch weitere Veranstaltungen wie Wanderungen, Märkte, kulturelle Treffen, Kunstausstellungen, Lesungen und kreative Workshops ergänzt.
