Da oltre 30 anni a Lazise del Garda, nel primo weekend di ottobre, l’apicoltura italiana ed europea si svolge la Fiera "I giorni del miele": la più rilevante Mostra Mercato dei mieli italiani a valenza europea. Nata dall’interesse e dalla passione per l’apicoltura di alcuni apicoltori della zona, la Fiera “I giorni del miele”, ha raggiunto un’importanza nazionale ed è ritenuta l’evento annuale più importante per il Comune di Lazise.
Un'ampia esposizione di mieli, derivati dal miele, attrezzature e materiale apistico, editoria, associazioni apistiche.
E' un appuntamento anche tecnico scientifico, dove si incontrano enti, istituzioni, centri ricerca, associazioni di categoria, studiosi e ricercatori, per fare il punto sugli sviluppi del settore apistico.
Il più grande mercato italiano dei mieli: su un'area espositiva di ben 2.400 mq., apicoltori e aziende di apicoltura presentano la migliore produzione di mieli italiani nelle loro diverse specificità. Per il grande pubblico e per i consumatori più esigenti la migliore offerta dei prodotti dell’alveare: dai mieli alla pappa reale e alla propoli nella loro diversificata utilizzazione alimentare (dolciumi, bevande, specialità gastronomiche), cosmetica e di cura naturale.
Insieme ai mieli monoflora e poliflora, saranno presenti mieli tipici pregiati e tutti i prodotti dell’alveare: propoli, polline, cera vergine, fogli cerei e gelatina speciale.
For over 30 years in Lazise del Garda, on the first weekend of October, Italian and European beekeeping takes place at the fair "The Days of Honey": the most significant market exhibition of Italian honey with European relevance. Born from the interest and passion for beekeeping of some local beekeepers, the fair "The Days of Honey" has achieved national importance and is considered the most important annual event for the Municipality of Lazise.
A vast exhibition of honey, honey-derived products, beekeeping equipment and materials, publishing, and beekeeping associations.
It is also a technical-scientific meeting point, where entities, institutions, research centers, trade associations, scholars, and researchers come together to discuss developments in the beekeeping sector.
The largest Italian honey market: on an exhibition area of 2,400 square meters, beekeepers and beekeeping companies present the best production of Italian honey in their various specifics. For the general public and more discerning consumers, the best offering of beehive products: from honey to royal jelly and propolis in their diverse food applications (confections, beverages, gourmet specialties), cosmetics, and natural care.
Along with monofloral and polyfloral honey, high-quality typical honeys and all beehive products will be present: propolis, pollen, virgin wax, honeycomb sheets, and special jelly.
Seit über 30 Jahren findet in Lazise del Garda am ersten Oktoberwochenende die Messe "Die Tage des Honigs" statt, die bedeutendste Messe für italienischen Honig mit europäischer Relevanz. Entstanden aus dem Interesse und der Leidenschaft einiger Imker der Region, hat die Messe "Die Tage des Honigs" nationale Bedeutung erlangt und wird als das wichtigste jährliche Ereignis der Gemeinde Lazise angesehen.
Eine umfangreiche Ausstellung von Honigen, Honigprodukten, Ausrüstungen und Imkereimaterial, Verlagen und Imkervereinigungen.
Es ist auch ein technischer und wissenschaftlicher Termin, an dem sich Einrichtungen, Institutionen, Forschungszentren, Branchenverbände, Wissenschaftler und Forscher treffen, um den Stand der Entwicklungen im Imkereisektor zu erörtern.
Der größte italienische Honigmarkt: auf einer Ausstellungsfläche von 2.400 m² präsentieren Imker und Imkereibetriebe die beste Produktion italienischer Honige in ihren verschiedenen Spezifikationen. Für das breite Publikum und für anspruchsvollere Verbraucher das beste Angebot an Bienenstockprodukten: von Honigen über Gelee Royale und Propolis in ihrer vielfältigen kulinarischen Verwendung (Süßwaren, Getränke, gastronomische Spezialitäten), Kosmetik und Naturpflege.
Zusammen mit Monoflorahonigen und Polyflorahonigen werden auch edle typische Honige und alle Produkte des Bienenstocks vorhanden sein: Propolis, Pollen, frisches Wachs, Wachsbogen und spezielles Gelee.
