Descrizione
In the heart of Istrana, Villa Lattes opens its doors on the occasion of the Venetian Villas Days, offering a journey to discover a historic residence linked to the landscape and culture of the Treviso area.
Designed in the eighteenth century by Giorgio Massari, the villa retains the elegance of period architecture, with refined rooms, colonnaded barchesse, and a historic park enriched by statues and evocative fishponds.
Inside, the visit leads to the discovery of one of the most unique collections housed in the residence: a collection of music boxes and automatons, among the richest in Europe, capable of evoking atmospheres and curiosities related to the life and tastes of bygone times.
This appointment allows for an in-depth understanding of the history, spaces, and collections of Villa Lattes, placing them within the broader narrative of the region's historic residences. At the end of the visit, a proposal dedicated to local typical flavors is also anticipated.
