Il PIASE Festival fa tappa a Isola Rizza con una serata che mette al centro due elementi profondamente legati all’identità del territorio: il cibo e la cultura veneta.
Si comincia alle 18.45 con La vita del grano dalla terra alla tavola, un laboratorio con degustazione dedicato al mondo della pizza. Un percorso per conoscere più da vicino la filiera del grano e scoprire come le materie prime del territorio arrivano fino alla tavola, attraverso il lavoro e le competenze di produttori e realtà locali.
A seguire, alle 21.00, l’Auditorium Comunale ospiterà Parole Venete, spettacolo di e con Pino Costalunga, con l’accompagnamento musicale di Beppe Traversa, prodotto da Fondazione AIDA ETS ICC.
Una serata che attraversa quindi il territorio attraverso sapori, parole, saperi e tradizioni, raccontando una cultura che continua a vivere e a rinnovarsi attraverso le persone e le comunità della Pianura Veronese.
The PIASE Festival stops in Isola Rizza with an evening that focuses on two elements deeply connected to the identity of the territory: food and Venetian culture.
It starts at 6.45 p.m. with The Life of Wheat from Field to Table, a workshop with tasting dedicated to the world of pizza. A journey to learn more about the wheat supply chain and discover how local raw materials reach the table, through the work and skills of local producers and entities.
Following this, at 9.00 p.m., the Municipal Auditorium will host Venetian Words, a show by and with Pino Costalunga, accompanied by the music of Beppe Traversa, produced by Fondazione AIDA ETS ICC.
Thus, an evening that traverses the territory through flavors, words, knowledge, and traditions, telling a culture that continues to live and renew itself through the people and communities of the Veronese Plain.
Das PIASE Festival macht Halt in Isola Rizza mit einem Abend, der zwei Elemente ins Zentrum stellt, die tief mit der Identität des Gebiets verbunden sind: Essen und die venetische Kultur.
Es beginnt um 18.45 mit Das Leben des Weizens vom Feld bis zum Tisch, einem Workshop mit Verkostung, der der Welt der Pizza gewidmet ist. Ein Weg, um die Wertschöpfungskette des Weizens näher kennenzulernen und zu entdecken, wie die Rohstoffe der Region bis auf den Tisch kommen, durch die Arbeit und die Kompetenzen von Produzenten und lokalen Akteuren.
Im Anschluss, um 21.00, wird das Auditorium Comunale Venetische Worte präsentieren, eine Veranstaltung von und mit Pino Costalunga, begleitet von der Musik von Beppe Traversa, produziert von der Fondazione AIDA ETS ICC.
Ein Abend, der das Gebiet durch Geschmäcker, Worte, Wissen und Traditionen durchquert und eine Kultur erzählt, die weiterhin lebt und sich durch die Menschen und die Gemeinschaften der Veroneser Ebene erneuert.
