Dal 6 al 9, dal 13 al 15 e dal 20 al 22 novembre 2026, l’area fieristica di Isola della Scala ospita la Fiera del Bollito con la Pearà, conosciuta anche come Taste of Earth: un evento che celebra la cucina tradizionale veronese e veneta, con uno sguardo rivolto ai sapori della gastronomia italiana.
Protagonista della manifestazione è il bollito con la pearà, piatto simbolo della tradizione veronese, affiancato da altre specialità autunnali e proposte gastronomiche che invitano a scoprire sapori e culture diverse. Tra le proposte presenti in fiera figurano anche la cucina greca, spagnola, tirolese e abruzzese, insieme alle eccellenze del territorio, come il Riso Nano Vialone Veronese IGP.
Non mancano appuntamenti collaterali, intrattenimento e attività dedicate a famiglie e bambini, per trasformare la visita in un’esperienza che unisce gastronomia, tradizione e convivialità.
La manifestazione si svolge nell’area fieristica di Isola della Scala, con ingresso libero: un’occasione per conoscere e assaporare le tradizioni culinarie del territorio veronese.

From November 6 to 9, November 13 to 15, and November 20 to 22, 2026, the exhibition area of Isola della Scala hosts the Fiera del Bollito con la Pearà, also known as Taste of Earth: an event that celebrates traditional Veronese and Venetian cuisine, with a focus on the flavors of Italian gastronomy.
The star of the event is the bollito with the pearà, a symbol of Veronese tradition, accompanied by other autumn specialties and culinary proposals that invite visitors to discover different flavors and cultures. Among the offerings at the fair are also Greek, Spanish, Tyrolean, and Abruzzese cuisine, along with local excellences such as the Riso Nano Vialone Veronese IGP.

Hauptdarsteller der Veranstaltung ist der Bollito mit der Pearà, das Symbolgericht der Veroneser Tradition, begleitet von weiteren herbstlichen Spezialitäten und gastronomischen Angeboten, die dazu einladen, verschiedene Geschmäcker und Kulturen zu entdecken.
