ROOTS | Tra radici e antichi mestieri: alla scoperta del Mulino di Bellori
Sabato 14 Novembre ore 14.30 presso località Bellori, Grezzana.
Durante la visita guidata al Mulino di Bellori sarà possibile conoscere da vicino gli attrezzi e gli strumenti utilizzati un tempo per la macinazione del grano, osservando come la forza dell’acqua veniva sapientemente sfruttata per mettere in movimento il mulino e trasformare il grano in farina.
La visita proseguirà in un baito nelle vicinanze, dove si potranno scoprire gli strumenti e le attrezzature utilizzati nella tradizionale lavorazione del latte e nella produzione del formaggio.
Un’occasione per riscoprire le radici della nostra cultura rurale, conoscere gli antichi mestieri e immergersi in un patrimonio fatto di lavoro, ingegno e tradizioni tramandate nel tempo.

ROOTS | Between roots and ancient crafts: discovering the Bellori Mill
Saturday, November 14 at 2:30 p.m. at the Bellori location, Grezzana.
During the guided tour of the Bellori Mill, it will be possible to closely observe the tools and instruments used in the past for grain milling, seeing how water power was skillfully harnessed to set the mill in motion and transform the grain into flour.
The visit will continue in a nearby baito, where you can discover the tools and equipment used in traditional milk processing and cheese production.
An opportunity to rediscover the roots of our rural culture, learn about ancient crafts, and immerse oneself in a heritage of labor, ingenuity, and traditions passed down through time.

WURZELN | Zwischen Wurzeln und alten Berufen: Entdeckung der Mühle von Bellori
Samstag, 14. November um 14.30 Uhr in der Ortschaft Bellori, Grezzana.
Während der geführten Besichtigung der Mühle von Bellori wird es möglich sein, die Werkzeuge und Geräte, die früher zur Mahlung von Weizen verwendet wurden, aus nächster Nähe kennenzulernen und zu beobachten, wie die Kraft des Wassers geschickt genutzt wurde, um die Mühle in Bewegung zu setzen und den Weizen in Mehl zu verwandeln.
Die Besichtigung wird in einer nahegelegenen Baita fortgesetzt, wo die Werkzeuge und Anlagen entdeckt werden können, die in der traditionellen Milchverarbeitung und der Käseherstellung verwendet werden.
Eine Gelegenheit, die Wurzeln unserer ländlichen Kultur neu zu entdecken, alte Berufe kennenzulernen und in ein Erbe einzutauchen, das von Arbeit, Einfallsreichtum und überlieferten Traditionen geprägt ist.
