A cura dell’associazione GIROS – sezione Euganea, con Adriano Camuffo e Roberto Rizzieri Masin, “Andare per erbe” è un incontro dedicato alla conoscenza e alla valorizzazione delle piante spontanee e della tradizione locale. L’iniziativa propone il racconto con esperti di una miscellanea di piante e di ricette tra novità e tradizione contadina. In occasione dell’evento sarà inoltre possibile visitare una piccola mostra di piante e ricette legate alla cultura del territorio. Ingresso libero fino ad esaurimento posti.
Organized by the GIROS association - Euganea section, with Adriano Camuffo and Roberto Rizzieri Masin, “Going for Herbs” is a meeting dedicated to the knowledge and enhancement of spontaneous plants and local traditions. The initiative offers storytelling with experts about a mixture of plants and recipes that blend novelty with agricultural tradition. During the event, it will also be possible to visit a small exhibition of plants and recipes related to the culture of the area. Free entry until seats are filled.
Organisiert von der Vereinigung GIROS – Sektion Euganea, mit Adriano Camuffo und Roberto Rizzieri Masin, "Auf den Spuren der Kräuter" ist ein Treffen, das der Kenntnis und Wertschätzung von Wildpflanzen und der lokalen Tradition gewidmet ist. Die Initiative bietet das Erzählen mit Experten einer Mischung aus Pflanzen und Rezepten zwischen Neuheit und traditioneller Landwirtschaft an. Anlässlich der Veranstaltung wird es außerdem möglich sein, eine kleine Ausstellung von Pflanzen und Rezepten zu besuchen, die mit der Kultur des Gebiets verbunden sind. der Eintritt ist frei, solange Plätze verfügbar sind.
