Ritorna “Scargar Malga” a Gallio: il 27 settembre 2026 si celebra la magia della transumanza
Una giornata immersiva tra natura, tradizione e gastronomia locale con l’associazione Le Terre Alte APS, il Comune di Gallio e la spettacolosa discesa delle mandrie dall’Altopiano.
GALLIO (VI) – Torna l’appuntamento annuale con “Scargar Malga”, la storica festa della transumanza che trasformerà il centro di Gallio in un vivace palcoscenico di tradizioni montane, sapori autentici e momenti condivisi. L’evento, in programma per domenica 27 settembre 2026, è promosso dall’associazione Le Terre Alte APS in collaborazione con il Comune di Gallio e la spettacolosa cornice dell’Altopiano dei 7 Comuni.
La giornata offrirà un ricco programma di attività all'aria aperta per famiglie, appassionati di montagna ed enogastronomi:
Piazza Giardini dalle 10:00 alle 17:00: Apertura del Mercato della Terra, dove sarà possibile incontrare i produttori locali dei Sette Comuni, acquistare eccellenze a chilometro zero e gustare i prodotti tipici direttamente nell'area degustazione.
Transumanza in centro (ore 12:00 circa): Momento clou della mattinata con lo spettacolare passaggio della mandria di Malga Busafonda lungo le vie di Gallio.
Cultura e memoria (ore 13:00): Cerimonia di consegna dei riconoscimenti ai malghesi e proiezione del documentario “Capindo la late”, dedicato alle radici dell'allevamento di montagna.
Pomeriggio in allegria (ore 14:30): Divertente passeggiata tra le vie del paese in compagnia delle capre.
Vivi la transumanza da protagonista Per chi desidera un'esperienza davvero immersiva, è possibile accompagnare la mandria a piedi lungo il percorso di rientro. Il programma prevede la partenza in pullman alle 9:00 dal parcheggio Ghelpach verso Malga Busafonda per scoprire da vicino le storie della vita di malga, con partenza del cammino a fianco delle mucche verso le 11:00 e arrivo a Gallio per uno "spuntino cimbro" dedicato ai partecipanti. “Scargar Malga” Returns to Gallio: on September 27, 2026, the magic of transhumance is celebrated
An immersive day among nature, tradition, and local gastronomy with the association Le Terre Alte APS, the Municipality of Gallio, and the spectacular descent of the herds from the Plateau.
GALLIO (VI) – The annual appointment with “Scargar Malga” returns, the historic festival of transhumance that will transform the center of Gallio into a lively stage of mountain traditions, authentic flavors, and shared moments. The event, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, is promoted by the association Le Terre Alte APS in collaboration with the Municipality of Gallio and the spectacular setting of the Plateau of the 7 Municipalities.
The day will offer a rich program of outdoor activities for families, mountain enthusiasts, and food and wine lovers:
Giardini Square from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Opening of the Earth Market, where it will be possible to meet local producers from the Seven Municipalities, purchase zero-kilometer excellence, and taste local products directly in the tasting area.
Transhumance in the center (around 12:00 p.m.): Climax of the morning with the spectacular passage of the herd from Malga Busafonda along the streets of Gallio.
Culture and memory (1:00 p.m.): Ceremony for handing out awards to the herders and screening of the documentary “Capindo la late”, dedicated to the roots of mountain farming.
Afternoon of joy (2:30 p.m.): Fun walk through the streets of the village in the company of goats.
Experience transhumance as a protagonist For those who desire a truly immersive experience, it is possible to accompany the herd on foot along the return path. The program includes departure by bus at 9:00 a.m. from the Ghelpach parking lot towards Malga Busafonda to discover closely the stories of herding life, with the walk alongside the cows starting around 11:00 a.m. and arrival in Gallio for a "Cimbrian snack" dedicated to participants. Ein eintägiges Erlebnis zwischen Natur, Tradition und lokaler Gastronomie mit dem Verein Le Terre Alte APS, der Gemeinde Gallio und dem spektakulären Abtrieb der Herden vom Hochplateau.
GALLIO (VI) – Der jährliche Termin mit „Scargar Malga“ kehrt zurück, das historische Fest der transhumanz, das das Zentrum von Gallio in eine lebendige Bühne für Bergtraditionen, authentische Aromen und gemeinschaftliche Momente verwandelt. Die Veranstaltung, die für Sonntag, den 27. September 2026 geplant ist, wird vom Verein Le Terre Alte APS in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Gallio und der spektakulären Kulisse des Hochplateaus der 7 Gemeinden gefördert.
Der Tag bietet ein reichhaltiges Programm an Aktivitäten im Freien für Familien, Bergliebhaber und Feinschmecker:
Piazza Giardini von 10:00 bis 17:00 Uhr: Eröffnung des Marktes der Erde, wo man die lokalen Produzenten der Sieben Gemeinden treffen, hervorragende Produkte aus der Region erwerben und die typischen Produkte direkt im Verkostungsbereich genießen kann.
Transhumanz im Zentrum (ca. 12:00 Uhr): Höhepunkt des Vormittags mit dem spektakulären Durchzug der Herde von Malga Busafonda durch die Straßen von Gallio.
Kultur und Gedächtnis (13:00 Uhr): Zeremonie zur Übergabe der Auszeichnungen an die Almbauern und Projektion des Dokumentarfilms „Capindo la late“, der den Wurzeln der Bergviehzucht gewidmet ist.
Nachmittag voller Freude (14:30 Uhr): Lustiger Spaziergang durch die Straßen des Dorfes in Begleitung von Ziegen.
Erlebe die transhumanz hautnah Für diejenigen, die ein wirklich immersives Erlebnis wünschen, besteht die Möglichkeit, die Herde zu Fuß auf dem Rückweg zu begleiten. Das Programm sieht die Abfahrt mit dem Bus um 9:00 Uhr vom Parkplatz Ghelpach in Richtung Malga Busafonda vor, um die Geschichten des Albenlebens aus nächster Nähe zu entdecken, mit Beginn des Weges neben den Kühen gegen 11:00 Uhr und Ankunft in Gallio für einen "cimbro Imbiss", der den Teilnehmern gewidmet ist.
