Ogni anno a Molina la Fiera del miele nuovo, che si tiene la prima domenica di settembre, riunisce i rappresentanti delle associazioni apistiche del territorio per fare il punto della situazione e coinvolgere il pubblico con il bel mercato del Miele Nuovo e dei prodotti alimentari e artigianali locali.
Il programma è il seguente:
Ore 9:00 - Apertura mercato del miele nuovo. Saranno presenti piccoli produttori alimentari.
Ore 10:30 - Convegno in piazza:
Api e clima: un equilibrio da reinventare - Relatore: Dott.ssa Gaia Autorino, Servizio Veterinario AULSS 9 Scaligera.
Dall'estate alla primavera: le chiavi di un buon invernamento - Relatore: Michele Zanca, Tecnico apistico.
Tre voci una storia: la nascita dell'apiario sociale a Molina, 17 anni dopo - Raccontano: Leonardo Ceradini, Prof. Allessandro Pistoia, Caterina Platano.
Ore 15:00 - "Dal fiore al calice": Il sorprendente mondo dell'idromele. Degustazione guidata da Daniela Begnini - Sommelier del Miele. Every year in Molina, the New Honey Fair, held on the first Sunday of September, brings together representatives of local beekeeping associations to assess the situation and engage the public with the beautiful market of New Honey and local food and handmade products.
The program is as follows:
9:00 a.m. - Opening of the new honey market. Small food producers will be present.
10:30 a.m. - Conference in the square:
Bees and climate: a balance to be reinvented - Speaker: Dr. Gaia Autorino, Veterinary Service AULSS 9 Scaligera.
From summer to spring: the keys to a good wintering - Speaker: Michele Zanca, Beekeeping Technician.
Three voices, one story: the birth of the social apiary in Molina, 17 years later - Speakers: Leonardo Ceradini, Prof. Allessandro Pistoia, Caterina Platano.
3:00 p.m. - "From flower to glass": The surprising world of mead. Guided tasting by Daniela Begnini - Honey Sommelier. Reservation required by September 5 at the number: 3408409038 (via SMS/WhatsApp). Contribution 15.00€ per person (deposit of 5.00€ at the time of registration, balance on the day of the event)
Jedes Jahr findet in Molina die Fiera del miele nuovo statt, die am ersten Sonntag im September stattfindet. Sie vereint die Vertreter der örtlichen Imkerverbände, um den Stand der Dinge zu erörtern und das Publikum mit einem schönen Markt für den Neuen Honig sowie lokalen Lebens- und Handwerksprodukten einzubeziehen.
Das Programm ist wie folgt:
09:00 Uhr - Eröffnung des Marktes für neuen Honig. Es werden kleine Lebensmittelproduzenten anwesend sein.
10:30 Uhr - Tagung auf dem Platz:
Bienen und Klima: ein Gleichgewicht zum Neubestimmen - Referentin: Dr. Gaia Autorino, Tierärztlicher Dienst AULSS 9 Scaligera.
Vom Sommer bis zum Frühling: die Schlüssel für ein gutes Überwintern - Referent: Michele Zanca, Imkertechniker.
Drei Stimmen eine Geschichte: Die Entstehung des sozialen Bienenstands in Molina, 17 Jahre später - Erzählen: Leonardo Ceradini, Prof. Allessandro Pistoia, Caterina Platano.
15:00 Uhr - "Vom Blumen zum Kelch": Die erstaunliche Welt des Met. Geführte Verkostung von Daniela Begnini - Honigsommelier. Reservierung erforderlich bis zum 5.
