La Pro Loco di Fossò, in collaborazione con il Comune di Fossò, organizza due serate dedicate alla conoscenza delle piante spontanee che crescono nei territori locali.
L'iniziativa prevede incontri informativi incentrati sull'utilizzo delle erbe spontanee in cucina, dalla raccolta alla preparazione in tavola.
Relatrice degli incontri è Michela Simonato, autrice del libro Erbe spontanee di casa mia, che raccoglie saperi antichi, fotografie e ricette dettagliate delle piante spontanee più comuni.
Gli appuntamenti si terranno presso la sede della Pro Loco di Fossò.
L'iniziativa si rivolge a chi desidera approfondire la conoscenza delle risorse naturali del territorio e il loro impiego in ambito gastronomico.

The Pro Loco of Fossò, in collaboration with the Municipality of Fossò, organizes two evenings dedicated to the knowledge of spontaneous plants that grow in the local areas.

Der Pro Loco von Fossò, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Fossò, organisiert zwei Abende, die der Kenntnis der Wildpflanzen gewidmet sind, die in den lokalen Gebieten wachsen.
