Griglia d'Autunno è l'iniziativa gastronomica organizzata dalla Parrocchia di Fossò e Sandon e dall'Associazione NOI, in collaborazione con il Comune di Fossò, pensata come occasione di incontro per la comunità locale.
Presso lo stand gastronomico riscaldato allestito dietro la Chiesa di Fossò vengono proposte diverse specialità di carne, tra cui piatti a base di Angus e la bistecca fiorentina, disponibile in quantità limitata, insieme a un'ampia selezione di vini toscani.
Le serate sono animate da musica dal vivo e intrattenimento: si esibiscono l'Italiana Band, con un repertorio che spazia dagli anni Settanta ai giorni nostri, e La Mente di Tetsuya, con le più amate sigle televisive e dei cartoni animati.
La manifestazione prevede inoltre aree dedicate alla cucina, ai taglieri, alla pizzeria e ai cocktail.
Il programma si conclude con un pranzo comunitario, momento conviviale pensato per condividere il piacere della buona cucina insieme a diverse proposte di menù a prezzo fisso.

Autumn Grill is the culinary initiative organized by the Parish of Fossò and Sandon and the NOI Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Fossò, conceived as an opportunity for gathering for the local community.
At the heated food stand set up behind the Church of Fossò, various meat specialties are offered, including dishes made with Angus and the Florentine steak, available in limited quantities, along with a wide selection of Tuscan wines.
The evenings are animated by live music and entertainment: the Italiana Band performs, with a repertoire that spans from the 1970s to the present day, and La Mente di Tetsuya, with the most beloved television and cartoon themes.
The event also includes areas dedicated to cooking, cutting boards, pizzerias, and cocktails.
The program concludes with a community lunch, a convivial moment designed to share the pleasure of good cooking together with different fixed-price menu options.

Der Herbstgrill ist die gastronomische Initiative, die von der Pfarrei Fossò und Sandon und dem Verein NOI in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Fossò organisiert wird, und soll eine Gelegenheit zum Treffen für die lokale Gemeinschaft bieten.
Am beheizten gastronomischen Stand hinter der Kirche von Fossò werden verschiedene Fleischspezialitäten angeboten, darunter Gerichte auf Basis von Angus und das Fiorentina-Steak, das in begrenzter Menge erhältlich ist, zusammen mit einer großen Auswahl toskanischer Weine.
Die Abende werden von Live-Musik und Unterhaltung begleitet: Es treten die Italiana Band auf, mit einem Repertoire, das sich von den siebziger Jahren bis heute erstreckt, und La Mente di Tetsuya, mit den beliebtesten TV- und Cartoonsongs.
Die Veranstaltung umfasst zudem Bereiche für die Küche, für Fleischplatten, für die Pizzeria und für Cocktails.
