La Pro Loco di Fossò organizza presso Ca' Quartiero, una manifestazione dedicata al fungo, dal bosco alla tavola.
La festa prevede stand gastronomico con specialità a base di funghi, tra cui tagliatelle, salsicce, gnocchi, funghi porcini e finferli.
Il programma comprende inoltre un incontro con l'Associazione Micologica Bresadola e con il gruppo Amici Micologi Mirano, dal titolo Conosciamo i funghi che mangiamo, un viaggio virtuale tra i boschi per conoscerne virtù e caratteristiche di ogni specie.
E' prevista una passeggiata tra le vie di Fossò con tappe a degustazioni a base di funghi, e una serata live in musica con l'esibizione della cantante Silvia Siragusa.
L'evento coinvolge la comunità locale con la collaborazione di diverse associazioni ed è patrocinato dal Comune di Fossò.
The Pro Loco of Fossò is organizing an event at Ca' Quartiero dedicated to mushrooms, from the forest to the table.
The festival features a food stand with specialties based on mushrooms, including tagliatelle, sausages, gnocchi, porcini mushrooms, and chanterelles.
The program also includes a meeting with the Bresadola Mycological Association and the Friends Mycologists of Mirano group, titled Let's Get to Know the Mushrooms We Eat, a virtual journey through the woods to learn about the virtues and characteristics of each species.
A walk through the streets of Fossò is planned, with stops for tastings based on mushrooms, and an evening of live music featuring the singer Silvia Siragusa.
The event involves the local community with the collaboration of various associations and is sponsored by the Municipality of Fossò.
Der Pro Loco von Fossò organisiert in Ca' Quartiero eine Veranstaltung, die dem Pilz gewidmet ist, vom Wald auf den Tisch.
Das Fest umfasst gastronomische Stände mit Spezialitäten auf Pilzbasis, darunter Tagliatelle, Würste, Gnocchi, Steinpilze und Pfifferlinge.
Das Programm beinhaltet außerdem ein Treffen mit der Associazione Micologica Bresadola und der Gruppe Amici Micologi Mirano unter dem Titel Kennen wir die Pilze, die wir essen, eine virtuelle Reise durch die Wälder, um die Vorzüge und Eigenschaften jeder Art kennenzulernen.
Es ist ein Spaziergang durch die Straßen von Fossò mit Stationen zur Verkostung von Pilzgerichten und ein Live-Abend mit der Aufführung der Sängerin Silvia Siragusa geplant.
Die Veranstaltung bindet die lokale Gemeinschaft mit der Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Verbände und wird von der Gemeinde Fossò unterstützt.
