R|Esistenze è un progetto nato nel 2025, in occasione dell’80° Anniversario della Liberazione. Ci siamo chiesti: che senso ha parlare di Resistenza, oggi?
Resistenza è termine diverso e per certi versi opposto a ‘resilienza’, oggi tanto di moda. Resilienza è capacità di sopportazione e adattamento. resistenza è azione contraria, dissidente, consapevole e con fondamenti etici e politici. Abbiamo scelto di interrogare la Resistenza non solo come fatto storico, ma come figura dello spirito: cosa accade agli umani quando resistono? Perché lo fanno? A cosa resistiamo noi, oggi? Come lo facciamo? E perché? Cosa stiamo difendendo?
La ricerca per questo lavoro ha coinvolto 70 persone tra i 15 e i 75 anni, che hanno partecipato a dei laboratori di movimento e scrittura autobiografica della durata di circa 2 mesi, tra gennaio e marzo 2025. Da qui sono nati i testi dello spettacolo, mosaici di una scrittura plurale, uno sguardo a tratti intimo, eppure mai ‘privato’.
Nel 2025 il lavoro ha preso la forma di una performance di comunità che ha avuto luogo all’aperto nelle città di Venezia, Mogliano Veneto e Mirano ed ha coinvolto 65 performer e oltre 2000 persone di pubblico.
Le testimonianze raccolte erano troppo preziose per andare perdute, perciò grazie al prezioso e indispensabile supporto di A.N.P.I. Mogliano, della Regione del Veneto, del Comune di Mirano e di Echidna Cultura abbiamo potuto riscrivere il lavoro per il teatro, così da permettergli di continuare a vivere e a circuitare negli anni.
Lo spettacolo vede in scena 5 danzattori ed è adatto a tutti i pubblici, indicativamente a partire dai 14 anni.
R|Existences is a project born in 2025, on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation. We asked ourselves: what does it mean to talk about Resistance today?
Resistance is a term that is different and, in some respects, opposite to 'resilience', which is so in vogue today. Resilience is the capacity for endurance and adaptation. Resistance is the contrary action, dissenting, conscious, and based on ethical and political grounds. We chose to interrogate Resistance not only as a historical fact but as a figure of the spirit: what happens to humans when they resist? Why do they do it? What do we resist against today? How do we do it? And why? What are we defending?
The research for this work involved 70 people aged between 15 and 75, who participated in movement and autobiographical writing workshops lasting about 2 months, between January and March 2025. From this, the texts of the performance were born, mosaics of a plural writing, a gaze that is at times intimate yet never 'private'.
In 2025, the work took the form of a community performance that took place outdoors in the cities of Venice, Mogliano Veneto, and Mirano and involved 65 performers and over 2000 audience members.
The testimonies collected were too precious to be lost, so thanks to the invaluable and indispensable support of A.N.P.I. Mogliano, the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Mirano, and Echidna Cultura, we were able to rewrite the work for the theater, allowing it to continue to live and circulate in the years to come.
The performance features 5 dancer-actors and is suitable for all audiences, approximately from the age of 14 and up.
R|Existenz ist ein Projekt, das 2025 anlässlich des 80. Jahrestages der Befreiung ins Leben gerufen wurde. Wir haben uns gefragt: welchen Sinn hat es, heute von Widerstand zu sprechen?
Widerstand ist ein Begriff, der anders und in gewisser Weise das Gegenteil von ‚Resilienz‘ ist, einem Begriff, der heute so modisch ist. Resilienz ist die Fähigkeit zur Ertragung und Anpassung. Widerstand ist eine entgegenstehende, dissidente, bewusste Handlung mit ethischen und politischen Grundlagen. Wir haben uns entschieden, den Widerstand nicht nur als historische Tatsache zu hinterfragen, sondern auch als eine Figur des Geistes: was geschieht mit den Menschen, wenn sie Widerstand leisten? Warum tun sie das? Wogegen leisten wir heute Widerstand? Wie tun wir das? Und warum? Was verteidigen wir?
Die Recherche für diese Arbeit umfasste 70 Personen im Alter von 15 bis 75 Jahren, die an zwei Monate dauernden Workshops in Bewegung und autobiografischem Schreiben teilnahmen, die von Januar bis März 2025 stattfanden. Daraus entstanden die Texte der Aufführung, Mosaike eines pluralen Schreibens, ein bisweilen intimes, jedoch niemals ‚privates‘ Blickfeld.
Im Jahr 2025 nahm die Arbeit die Form einer Community-Performance an, die im Freien in den Städten Venedig, Mogliano Veneto und Mirano stattfand und 65 Performer sowie über 2000 Zuschauer einbezog.
Die gesammelten Zeugnisse waren zu wertvoll, um verloren zu gehen, deshalb konnten wir dank der wertvollen und unverzichtbaren Unterstützung von A.N.P.I. Mogliano, der Region Venetien, der Stadt Mirano und Echidna Cultura die Arbeit für das Theater neu schreiben, um ihr zu ermöglichen, weiterhin zu leben und über die Jahre zu zirkulieren.
Die Aufführung zeigt 5 Tanzdarsteller und ist für alle Zuschauer geeignet, empfohlen ab 14 Jahren.
