Il libro accompagna il lettore alla scoperta delle vedute panoramiche più suggestive, dei luoghi simbolo di Arsié, dal capoluogo alle frazioni, dal lago di Corlo ai siti di grande rilievo storico come Forte Leone.
Un aspetto particolarmente significativo è il confronto tra immagini contemporanee e riproduzioni di cartoline storiche: un dialogo visivo che mette in luce le profonde trasformazioni del paesaggio e della comunità nel corso dell’ultimo secolo.
Accanto alle fotografie, trovano spazio schede informative sui luoghi, sugli edifici religiosi e sulle principali manifeatazioni del territorio arsedese. Completano l’opera brevi monografie e contributi di studiosi che approfondiscono aspetti artistici, archeologici e storici del territorio, restituendo dignità e valore a un patrimonio spesso considerato secondario, ma in realtà ricco di testimonianze importanti.
Tra questi ricordiamo il saggio di Daniela Perco sui Solivi di Fastro, quello di Tiziana Conte sulle opere d’arte nelle chiese, il contributo di Elisa Possenti sugli scavi nella chiesa di Arsié, l’approfondimento di Luca Girotto su Forte Leone e quello di Laura Pontin sullo stemma Bragadin. È inoltre riproposto uno scritto di Silvio Lancerini sulle complesse vicende che portarono alla realizzazione del Lago di Corlo, oggi una delle principali attrazioni turistiche del territorio.
The book guides the reader in discovering the most evocative panoramic views, the symbolic places of Arsié, from the main town to the hamlets, from Lake Corlo to historically significant sites such as Forte Leone.
A particularly significant aspect is the comparison between contemporary images and reproductions of historical postcards: a visual dialogue that highlights the profound transformations of the landscape and the community over the last century.
Alongside the photographs, there are informative fact sheets about the places, religious buildings, and the main events in the Arsié area. The work is complemented by brief monographs and contributions from scholars who explore the artistic, archaeological, and historical aspects of the territory, restoring dignity and value to a heritage often considered secondary but, in reality, rich in important testimonies.
Among these, we recall Daniela Perco's essay on the Solivi of Fastro, Tiziana Conte's work on the artworks in the churches, Elisa Possenti's contribution on the excavations in the church of Arsié, Luca Girotto's exploration of Forte Leone, and Laura Pontin's analysis of the Bragadin coat of arms. It also features a reprint of a writing by Silvio Lancerini on the complex events that led to the creation of Lake Corlo, now one of the main tourist attractions in the area.
Das Buch begleitet den Leser auf der Entdeckung der beeindruckendsten Panoramablicke, der Symbolorte von Arsié, von der Hauptstadt bis zu den Stadtteilen, vom Corlo-See bis zu den historisch bedeutenden Stätten wie Forte Leone.
Ein besonders bedeutsamer Aspekt ist der Vergleich zwischen zeitgenössischen Bildern und Reproduktionen von historischen Postkarten: ein visueller Dialog, der die tiefgreifenden Veränderungen der Landschaft und der Gemeinschaft im Verlauf des letzten Jahrhunderts beleuchtet.
Neben den Fotografien finden informative Blätter über die Orte, die religiösen Gebäude und die wichtigsten Veranstaltungen im Gebiet von Arsié Platz. Abgerundet wird die Arbeit durch kurze Monografien und Beiträge von Wissenschaftlern, die künstlerische, archäologische und historische Aspekte des Gebiets vertiefen und einem oft als sekundär angesehenen Erbe Würde und Wert verleihen, das in Wirklichkeit reich an wichtigen Zeugenaussagen ist.
